Points randomly assigned.

My points are getting randomly assigned. Not all just some.
I had 15 points when i logged off, when i came back 3 points were missing. I looked around and found that now i have 2 points in agi which i didnt increase. And on next lvl i found out that one point was again missing, and this time i found him added to hp. Wtf is going on?
EDIT: My other chars had some of their points assigned also -... The : 2012-03-13 17:01:17

Bug?
I cant accept this quest. It shows in my achievements but when I talk to Jonk he keeps repeating the same thing. 2nd quest from Jonk I accepted normally, but this one is stuck.
