I'm australian, im GMT+8, I have the same issue, are you part of a guild? If your part of a guild, it's usually easier to find people online. Usually I see more people online from about 6pm til 12am my time.

We're still recruiting! Going through a bit of a cull too since I haven't seen many online, if you've been deleted and what a re-add or want to be added to our guild please contact me, the Right Hand, Rufylle!

Just so new members know, i'm hosting a event on the weekend for guildies.

Hide and Seek
Any time im online and two members are online we can play hide and seek.
Depending on the map you'll have 5-10 min to find the player.
You're allowed to hide in secret rooms, but not dungeons.
If the seeker manages to find the hider, they get a prize. If the seeker remains unfound, they win!
You get to choose any crafted item I can make, or a set item under level 40. I might throw in some kama to sweeten the deal. We'll see how many participate.

That wouldnt really work if there were 3 people in the battle, 3.3333 recurring CP each haha...
I think each person should get the 10 CP and the same should stand when you kill a overpopulated monster since it was a team effort. AND it should count as a kill for however many players it took to take them down.

I mean remember it's not meant to be a even playing field of one on one, it's not illogal that a outlaw will have to fight a full team. Or that a criminal would be captured by many police... and even that later on when outlaw guilds get more predominant, there will the groups of outlaws that we'll be able to fight.

What date and time/timezone will this be held?

-edit. Also only suggestion id make is make the teams smaller haha. I don't think I'd be able to get 6 people on at the same time to form a team, especially for smaller guilds with less than 50 members.

Eh, everyone participating should get the CP in my opinion. Either way my point isn't who gets the points (thats another issue entirely), it's the lack of points when they commit suicide. No matter how hard a Iop hits if the Outlaw gives up before the battle begins, or even in the first turn, or just before death. No citizen points at all for anyone. Thats my issue. It doesn't even count as an outlaw kill, and it really should. If not by my hand, or another, we still took down a criminal.

But since you bring it up, the same should apply in battle when you reduce overpopulation of monsters. All participants should get the citizen point.

Citizenpoints regarding Outlaws Basically, I think outlaws should either NOT be able to suicide in battle or give up. OR We should get the 10 CP for it even if they give up or suicide.
Every outlaw ive seen has suicided or given up in order to rob you out of the kill or citizen points.
