a suggestion of a new way people should become outlaws people have too much Citizen Points to care if they lose some. this means people just attack anyone they want when it suits them without any repercussions. and outlaws should be people who you want to attack and bring down for justice. i think there should be different punishments for the laws. like if you attack someone (not including protecting someone being attacked that) or something else t...
