I created my maskeraider the day i found out they were released, no title that i remember of thou.
Rogues... i cant remember if they were in the beta, but i THINK they were added to it right at the very end of it, or added to the game right after release. But i do believe they were added during the beta.

Worth mentioning, the Larva dungeon is also bugged for new palyers because astrubian larvas dont spawn, so they cant get keys unless they sub and kill regular larvas.in a nation.
And the arenas that helped payers get to lvl 30 are now gone too, temporarely but still.

The rarity is the only things that affects what bonuses you get, the more rare it is better chances you get.
The class is ONLY used to determine if it can be used on an item, the class MUST be higher than the item's level ( lvl 0-9 needs a class 1, lvl 10-19 a class 2, lvl 20-29 a class 3 and so on). Having a higher class than needed wont affect it at all, it will be the same.

I dont know if that quest was ever finished to begin with. During the beta you could trigger a different dialogue by visiting that spot at night AND drinking one of those potions that turn you into a ghostof (are those even on the game anymore?) and talking to him. He would mention something regarding pirates or bandits that destroyed his lighthouse and he would leave, and the Gemlin would for once give some useful hints about it.
Also back then Bandits were a big part of the Amakna nation, and Kelba wasnt an island but another territory connected to the rest of Amakna by a bridge that had a bandit asking for a toll who you could fight. There was also a secret regarding ghostofs potions there, if you drank a ghostof potion and talked to the bandit as a ghost, he would let you pass for free without charging nor fighting because "criminals have to support each other". So i assume those 2 events involving ghostof potions and bandits were related or were to be at some point, but that quest line got scrapped and all we have now are the left overs.

Quest exp has its pros and cons.
You level up MUCH faster, so you get the wear better equipment and level up your stats, but you dont gain spell exp so your spells can fall behind.
You can solve that thou by going to the reset room, when you get there and redistribute your stats, the spell exp will be at its max for your level, so if you level up a lot using quests and go there, you will find a lot of free exp to distribute as you like.
So it's kinda like the quest xp is being saved up to when I reset?
Spell exp, and pretty much.
Basically Quest exp will help you level up faster with a few fights, but in the long run your spells will be weaker compared to someone else's spells who didnt do quests. On the ohter hand, you might have leveled up really quickly doing 3 or 4 "kill 5 of X mob" while the other guy had to fight 30 times or so for the same amount of exp. And you can fix it just by getting a reset late game so its still worth it.
When you are in the reset room the total spell exp given to you to allocate is decided on your level. So if you are level 100, the amount of spell exp given to you to relocate will be the same, whether or not you got there using only quests or fighting a billion mobs. I dont know if its possible for you to have more spell exp than the room gives you by never doing challenges, but i dont think so and if it is, the difference must be really tiny.

Yes, the addition of a 1 star figurine with 6 health that has a chance of hurting itself is worth a news announcement.

I will just stay away until season 2 or until Sadidas are fixed, even a 1 turn cooldown on summoning them would be a step on the right direction. Unti then, this is not fun.

I remember reading a long time ago that the exp would be at it highest by killing enemies that are either 35 or 75 levels abouve yours, not sure. After that it will slowly decrease until its just pointless or just 1 exp.
So somewhere between 35 and 75 lvls difference.

Actually not just gambling machines, a lot of the fair games give you tickets as part of the random mini-prizes pool. The digging games like Grave Robbing or the one about digging dirt are good places as long you dont get the prize, ending your digging spree early.

The problem doesnt come from creating a mess trying to fix a problem, but the fact that it happens all the time and it rarely works. Look at how many things have been added to the game since it was released, then think how many of those things have been revamped and changed from its core and how many times.

Many games sometimes have to do revamps to balance things after enough content has been added to the game that old content needs to catch up or to spice up things, but such massive changes are made after carefully calculating the consecuences of the transition and after the game has been out for a couple of years with new plotlines revealed (Big bad 1 was defeated, but Big bad 2 has awoken!), in Wakfu we have something "new" being released and something else been fixed and changed every 2 months or less, and those changes not always improve things.
It wont be easy to find a good way to make the transition, but at least they should take their time and make sure it will work and stop acting like this was a beta, changing whatever they want whenever they want and see what happens in a trial and error fashion.

They dont have a clear direction for the game, what began as a game about exploring and rebuilding the world while dealing with some politics, ogrest's chaos and enviroment now is... i dont know what it is, there is a "one day you will fight the ogrest maybe, we dont know what we are gonna do when we reach that point since it kills that canon" quest plot line, fun fighting mechanics in a world where rushing to level 100 is all people do beause there arent enough incentives to actually explore, other than emotes that, lets be honest. 80% will go unused for their entire lifetimes.

They added a token system not that long ago and they were about to remove it on a few days if it werent for the huge uproar against its removal. They need to start taking the updates more seriously, make sure things work, fix them if they are broken and make sure its fun so they dont have to waste their tame revamping it 1 month later. And noone even dare to make a "they rush their work because people keep asking for updates" excuse, people only ask for updates because the current content is rushed and buggy.

Fix events, items, beta test properly and dont just dump stuff on the public game, i almost want to see that herald beta only forum to see what kind of things happen there that dont make it here, or complains that are made there that go ignored.

As she said, avoiding the social aspect of the game and having a guild for herself is the opposite of what she wants.
But yeah, check the guild sub forum or try talking to a few people in-game on the free2play area and find a nice guild to join. There is no World chat so guild chat is the best thing to have people talking or to ask stuff to at all times.

How are the rich "exploiters" and the poor "exploited"? You think people are forced to craft and sell and give their money to someone else or something?
You complain you dont have money but you dont wanna spend time mining it because you have a "real life"? You just want something you dont have without working for it.
There are 2 ways of making money: Make it, or craft/drop things so you can sell them, and sell them at the right price.
You dont wanna do either of those? no money for you, dont expect things to come magically outta nowhere into your pocket. Some people may not be poor because they are lazy, but unless you are one of the dedicated crafters/merchants, i doubt you are one of those.

I hope that Chillburg isn't Frigost.

Frigost in Wakfu should be a lush paradise, with tales about how, a thousand years before, brave adventurers freed it from the icy grip of Count Harebourg and the demon Djaul. (At worst, it should be returned to its state before Jiva and Djaul got involved - harsh winters, but not frozen all year around)

We, as players, like to feel like we're making a difference in the game world. Even if defeating the Count in Dofus doesn't actually change things in Dofus, at least the metaplot should advance with the presumption that the players won, and Wakfu lore should then reflect that victory (without, of course, naming names, just "a team of highly-skilled adventurers").

Don't tell us "LOL, the Count beat everyone, nothing changed in a thousand years, sucks to be you". That's just downright depressing.
They can always blame Ogrest's Chaos that it froze it again if that makes you feel any better.

Last time i checked the doors/portals were still there, but had a different sprite. Every nation has one stasis and wakfu portal, you just gotta find it.

Bring out your Nox's and army or Klor ofil's it's time to win some easy extra Kros points -.-
The game is not even fun anymore until they deal with the issue that is Klor Ofil.
Every single team is either 2 Klor Ofils+Any 6 star figure (Nox 75% of the time) or more summoners.

This is so ridiculous that everyone knows it and abuses it, i have had matches with people that have had less than 5 matches total and even they are using these teams of 2 Klor Ofils+Nox+Di Curey+Coa Gulary. I have had to face this same team 4 times in a row from 4 different people that had over 200 matches or less than 10.

I understand Ankama doesnt want to outright ban the figure and they cant change it since its a real life table top game, but the people that quit the game because its unplayable are far more than the people that will be annoyed that they cant insta win with the team everyone and their grandmas knows is OP because 2 figures alone that are not even worth more than 4 stars together are capable of disabling your whole team at once with minimum support from the rest of the team.

People keep playing this, they keep getting the same team over and over and after 5 matches they leave with a sour taste and will either leave the game angry not wanting to play it ever again, or will grind some money on dofus/wakfu, buy klor ofils and become part of the exact same problem.

Multi-clienting helps but is not necesary. Problem is that its hard to find people in your level-range to do things with because there isnt even party finding system, so you are dependant on your guild. Problem is that most people either leech their way to higher levels or multi-client, so they dont even bother playing with other people most of the time.

You can play for free and see how you like the games mechanics and try to find a guild/make friends, the free2play area is big enough to keep you entertained for a while if you dont powerlevel through it and take your time.

Double Krozpoints only for tournaments? people that lose the first round are not gonna be happy.
Not that consecutive wins or going up the ladder is a reliable way to get krozpoints either...

@Jerry
I voted yes for the drop on bosses, but all this they are doing now is too much. So i vote against. Why make a poll if you are gonna do whatever anyway?
