A few questions regarding down times for ankama
1) Are the server down times added to the period for which an item is supposed to be able to be sold in market? Or sometimes we pay the tax fee for 24/72 hrs, while the time when other players can buy our items is reduced (quite a bit, I might say, around important updates and their accompanying hot fixes and down times to solve new bugs) ?
2) The restate of emergency quest will have added all the times the server was down for a reason or another? Some might not make it in time to use the restate of emergency ...
3) If anyone was using a mea culpa potion (or any other kind of potion that gives a temporary bonus of some kind), will the time of the bonus be extended with the time the server was down ?

Quote (khawa @ 28 February 2013 09:23) Well, that cure was for yesterday's, before the patch. You don't need that 'cure' anymore. Do you mean I can undo that change ? (Use the backup copy of the file I have made ?)

ankama shield covers wakfu too? or only dofus? and the account web browsing ?
Well, since Remi is down, all I can do to make the time pass by quicker till I can have my daily dose of bugfu is to write more posts
I have a question, for those who are using ankama shield for security protection of the account in web browsing and in game (dofus); does that protection extends to wakfu too, and if you want to play from another location, do you have to add the new computer for wakfu too? As for the web browsing, I suppose that once installed the ankama shield for safe web browsing, then the web browsing will require the usage of a recognized computer or adding the new one to the shield, regardless if the account is used for palying dofus or wakfu? And if wakfu is not covered yet by the ankama shield, will it benefit from it anywhere in the near/far future?

I looked again, twice, lol, and I can't find any info about it in Server Status Click here ; but that is now the rule, not the exception, it seems: first the server goes down, then the players complain and ask what's going on, and only way later someone announce us what is happening ... Since we pay for this game, we would appreciate a bit more consideration and being told in advance about down times ... or at the very least, we would appreciate some info right when servers go down

Server downtime ... [Remington]
Hello all,
Is it only me, or at log in, just below " Remington" name, there is a pretty red writing saying " Offline"?! I am not sure it is me, or more players, or if it is because of the changes done as suggested by the thread '' get back online with us" and now we must undo those changes Click here ?

Quote (PurpleCosmos @ 22 February 2013 08:25) I believe the thread should /keep/ being made. Everyone nudged for a respec system, and we got one. No one got anything by sitting there idly. + 1
If the problem is still there, if we stop posting about it, the devs might believe we grew to get used with it, lol; when dcing is still annoying as hell; and when reconnection only gets you in a bug fight most of the time

quests type ''kill 10 mobs'' don't give maka xp, is it normal ?
Character name: Sleeping-Whip
Ankama display name: powerrace
Date and time: 20-22.02.2012
Map: any map
Bug description: The quests type ''kill 10 mobs of a kind'' only give xp to maka weapon for each fight, but then when I finish quest, my maka weapon doesn't get an additional xp from the xp rewarded at completion of the quest; I don't know if it is related to the fact that char is 110 already; and guild has already max fight level, so I can not test if the xp rewarded by quests gets a % donated to guild, or not, like no % goes to maka weapon. If neither maka weapons/ rings nor guild get any % of the xp rewarded by quests of this type, then they become slightly useless (well, they still give tokens, but not everyone is after tokens, most people are after xp mainly).
Reproducibility: Any map, anytime.

Quote (Illusiveness @ 19 February 2013 10:19) any changelog?
This was just a background maintenance, no changes were implemented into the game.
Yep, just all figurines disappeared.... =D
ermmmm ... my figurines are all there ...
... but I can not add more to my collection, when I click on ''Use'' for a new figurine I just got, nothing happenes (the new figurine remains in inventory and doesn't want to go into kros collection)

Rolled and unrolled pp roll, you guys try to drop Exstalbur, a weapon dropped by stalagmites, used to make a close combat wepons forge. Click here
I tried to drop it alone, in group of 2, in almost full group, and I only managed to drop one after a zillion fights and many days spent; in the end I had to pay an enu who has fought alone and managed to drop me 2 more ( I still miss 3, for my friend's work shop     .
From killed by summons and no drops this thread went to pp rolls; I do have a question about pp, pp rolls, and how much pp is needed to drop ceartain items for hl crafts; Exstalbur is not the only thing a pain in the *ziurioazuinfsdjfds* to drop, riktus bows and other things used for normal current crafts are equally hard to drop. Why? *sobs*
