Sry ankama stil dislike the Rogue Oke 1st of al i do not see the improvements in the rogue oke i do like the air attacks but got 0 support on it you only made him more bomb and all support skills are also bomb some are not like (air master) but you realy cant use it for air then u need more iniative but i am in no way in hell i am using my points for that so also a no for that support. also earth got no support o ye 1 but that is also fire so you can only use it for fire (hotwire), ok so is it improvement of the rogue .........i say no, the 1st time rogue came the bombs where much better then now and you did even have more bombs and also the fire skills where much better in power and range.

So ankama i say go thake your rogue back and start on ........SCRATCH.

(
put this rogue in the garbage)

I see.. an iop.

Rogues seem to be fine, nor too weak nor too strong. There is an issue with the support skills but if you look at them carefully they're more than just bomb related.

Rogues are just not like Iops, you need to think, plan your whole turn and get ready for the possibility of someone (usually an iop) destroying all your strategy.

Commas man, MOAR COMMAS.

And I agree, I got my first mechanic point and I'm actually having fun with the Rogue class now.

I just dislike the fact that rogues are so focused on bombs.

I had hoped for an Iop/Visible Sram sorta thing with Air, and a weird ranged Cra for Earth, but in the end, they appear to be nothing more than support elements for Fire, with the bombs.

A shame.

Oh really? Look what I put together in less than 5 minutes.

Assume you wear these equips at level 105: Black Crow set, Crobelt, 2x black crow ring, Iron Cross, Vampiric Breastplate, Black Crow Sword.

You used you stat points to get 22 critical hits and 97 agility.
You will have 8 ap, 4 mp, 51% crit rate and 449% air damage.

Your damage output with your 2-5 range no los aoe spell called Boomerang Daggers will be:

0.51*0.51(5.49*210) + 0.51*0.49*2(5.49*167) + 0.49*0.49(5.49*124) = 921 On average on the cell you're targeting.
0.51*0.51(5.49*180) + 0.51*0.49*2(5.49*(90+62)) + 0.49*0.49(5.49*124) = 837 On average on the AoE cells.

I don't know about you, but to me that sounds pretty powerful for a "support element". But I guess, if you're not happy with the damage of your support element you could always use your main element for damage. I mean, it has to be significantly higher, right? I dunno what you had in mind really. But I guess you mean something like 1500 per turn at 1-8 range?

Half the people complaining about range, don't even know you can cast on your robot for ranged aoe. This has been the most interesting class to play, so far.

Rogue is class focused on bombs, I agree but... only one branch have bombs(why? ;/ I would like to see earthquake bomb) while most of supports are designed for that branch 0.o and it's... unfair.

In my opinion, I prefer the air rogue rather than fire rogue. Fire rogue requires planing supports and stuff like that, even with the new rebalance thing, air branch is still my most preferred branch.

If I had to make a ranking of which Rogues are my favs...
1. Fire Rogue
2. Earth Rogue
3. Air Rogue.

And other branches than Fire having no support? Not true.
Earth Rogue mainly relies on Surprise Shot. Helpful are Boombot (it looks so awesome, when you cast a Shot on the Boombot, it propels the Shot in front to a load of enemies... and then you Surprise Shot all of them) and Runaway. Then, when you don't know what to put points into: chose between Magnetic Claw, Rogue Master and maybe as the last thing Hotwire. (Hotwire isn't very helpful for an Earthy, though...)
Air Rogue mainly relies on Air and Rogue Masters. Runaway is cool as well. Then, surprisingly enough, Hotwire is good for them, because Air doesn't have that many WP costs, and they're just interested in bonus damage from this spell. Then again - Magnetic claw: if your enemy has you locked, or you need to position that one enemy for a perfect Daggerang throw.
For both branches - if you're out of range to do anything to your enemies - spam around some bombs for a late blooming bonus AP, since you have Rogue Master at one point anyway.
The cool thing for Rogue is that you really have to think a bit about what truly benefits you. And while it's true that the support branch mostly supports Fire... the hard part is that the Fire Rogue actually NEEDS ALL OF THOSE to be effective.

Counter points of view are welcome
