I understand the game needs to make player works for their gear. That's a staple of MMO's. I have no trouble grinding gear. That said, I feel the time Wakfu is asking to be excessive.

My answer is no.

Just add a token system to Wakfu and all those wasted dungeon runs with zero drops will mean something again, however small. Some progress is better than no progress.

To be fair he disguised the issues of a post like this with great skill or maybe charm, you be the judge. Who doesn't like pizza?

Why not making dolls controled by default instead? To avoid situation when Sadida lag out its turn - with 6 dolls summoned it will make team wait 3 minutes and 30 seconds before someone will do something.

That's what i meant. Ankama could even reduce the timer given to certain summons like dolls. Make a 15sec timer for dolls. I can't imagine we'd need more and it would help prevent abuse.

Think about lv 100, I always think wakfu is a try and not so deeply developped into lv 200 or higher. That is ankamas problem, why there is no lv 145 pets, lv 145 makabras, make it, just make the system work together to lv 200. develop everything base on the future, not just solving the problems now.

Yes, Ankama should make the system work together as level cap increases. I'm not a fan of how Ankama has blinders on when it comes to a lvl 200 cap.

The activation % of some status effects are based on lvl 200. We already went through this as players when spells were useless starting out because the %'s were so low and didn't become useful until the spell hit cap. Which was level 100 at the time. So the %'s were changed to be more useful early on or were made a flat activation rate across all levels. A level 1 Manifold Bramble has an activation rate of 20%. Wow, it's so useful /sarcasm. But now we don't even get to use it at 100% because instead of spells capping at 100 it's now 200 and players can't hit that level yet. So until we get their I'm stuck with a manifold bramble glyph stealing an mp at 78%.

Question Ankama:

Is having a -1mp glyph activate at 100% so game breaking at level 1 it needs to cost 4ap and only activate at 20% chance? Anyone out there ever spent 4 of their 6ap at level 1 this way?

Why make the game shittier because at some point in the next 10 years we will have a level 200 cap. These special effects should be useful NOW. Not 10 years later. The whole game follows this train of thought. Many specialties and passives are useless when you first get them and need to be invested and leveled up before they are useful.

Make the game FUN NOW and make it even more fantastic as it evolves. Do not cripple the game in the beginning because 10 years later you have some grand design to have players one day go, "OMG after 200 levels and endless dungeons I can finally ENJOY WAKFU!!"

I guarantee more people will stick around if they get that feeling when they start playing as well.

I am not asking for a dungeon about 10 minute, 30-45 minute will be just ok for us.

I'm perfectly content with 2 hour dungeons. The time for a dungeon is irrelevant to me. What I'm not content with are the drop rates that go along with them. Make the drop rates proportional to the time spent.

Work is boring... so here's my take on this:

I'm going to assume all numbers are in favor of the person selling the pizza as this is a rare request and item.

$20 pizza = 10,000 Ogrines = 17 Smithmagic Hammers = 476,000 kama.

Looks like Nue has made a very reasonable offer. I'd prolly pay 600kk for one.

As a side note... WTF ten dollars for 5k ogrines but if i want 6k i have to spend twenty-five dollars O.O

Look at how much trouble and rework Ankama spent on their last two UB's. Dragon Pig and Magmog were 'improved' constantly. I doubt Ankama is ready to commit that much time into one UB.

It's pretty safe to assume it was cancelled

I think it was delayed as it didn't meet the standards Ankama holds for it's content. I'm sure Sandhill was ready for release but it didn't contain enough bugs so had to be delayed. I'm sure one day this content will be buggy enough for release.

Solid Ankama coding right there^. I have no words to express my level of distaste for how they treat Wakfu and it's players.

ITT what is probability

I'm extremely glad Ankama balanced Enu's PP advantage to an acceptable level. I'd love some base drop rate increases but the idea some characters are better at dropping loot for whatever intangible reason holds no weight in my eyes.

I hope anyone claiming otherwise is just frustrated.

Comparing Sac's and Feca's is tough. They may have some similar tools but there are fundamental differences that when needed decide which class is better suited for a fight.

I deleted a much longer post comparing the two classes but i've decided to focus on something else. khackt mentioned Attraction. This skill combined with tranpo is why I'd choose a Sac over a Feca. If you don't need either of these for a fight go with a Feca.

I think problem with Sadi is similar to the problem Feca had before revamp. It's not a bad class, but it's not what this class is about. A "Plant summoner" is mostly useful when you're not using summons. Most of the people saying Sadi is good is talking about healing/shielding/lone sadida, anything but dolls.

I keep wondering how many problems would be solved for Sadi if dolls were controlled by the player. The small HP of dolls is an issue but let us control our dolls and we'd be a much happier class.

I'm surprised so many people suggest against stating an MP. A usual turn would be: move give 4AP, attack, and move back to safety. That uses 6MP. Unless you're an avid soloer you're spending 100 points for 1AP. Yes that AP isn't yours, but team members will be able to use it.

I've always enjoyed Shhudoku.

You run the maze Ankama set up for you and you're rewarded by becoming Superman for a turn. Well, maybe not superman, more like you get a limit break.

All I can see is the same cookie-cutter gear getting rehashed by everyone, causing this outsourcing idea to stagnate very quickly for the sake of "muh damages".

Also I don't even want to imagine the shitty fetish-fueled designs said gear will have. What a recipe for disaster.

So you're against having more gear options available to suit more diverse builds? Because that's what Hudski's idea would bring. Sure it's more of the same in game atm... but the game could use more. Unless you want the game to keep it's fire/air gear is king status for months upon months until everyone switches to a new 'best' gear set when it's released for months upon months.

He suggested an easy and effortless way to improve the current system. Sure there are better ways to move forward. But if the company doesn't want to use the resources to implement the 'better' ideas... you do what you can.

Oh but we got that relic shield

...With no lock ;_;
Yeah but instead you get a range in a slot you could never get a range, more HP than any other offhand can offer, and 75% resistance to a crit backstab attacks. You also get Nettlez with 6 block.

Be creative, being a tank isnt about just racking up hilarious lock, otherwise GG button would be worthless

It really depends on the content you're facing. Sure lock isn't needed to at 700+ all the time but the shield slot has always been a reliable source of lock with great defensive stats as well. The lock you lose using relic shield might need to be made up elsewhere. Your gear options in other slots containing lock and the other stats you might be looking for are much more limiting.

Overall it's all about optimization. If you can reach the desired lock you want and still use relic shield more power to you. I'm more concerned about the range on the shield. For my Feca... I don't give a flying f* about range. So those are wasted points.
