Bird Glitch? Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody can fully confirm the following: After the offline period yesterday, coming online I was able to catch the Monarque Piwi (something which I was never able to do before) and since then I have been incapable of catching a very low hp Royal Tofu. Now please consider that I am a high level Osa with lvl 51 seduction, 1 slot free and all the other things that go along with that. So if anybody else has been able to catch a R.Tofu since the offline, please give me a heads up. Thanks.

I might as well add, whoever has ever been able to catch a Royal 'Fu, I would appreciate you informing me on the level of your seduction.

HA caught that lil crazy bird. Thanks Hudski and SwoopingBow for the willpower thing, that definitely did the trick and a will of 248 is hard to deny I suppose

It's been noted that level of seduction does not matter when capturing prey - Rather, your "Will" power is the determining factor.

Raise your character levels up some more, and you'll be able to bag the royal tofu.

He's level 50 I think, and off course Seduction level matters. You still can't capture a monster 15 levels over yourself even if you have high Willpower.

I've caught a lvl 35 Royal Tofu before but remember I had to wear a crap load of will boosting items ("volonte" in french). I had an enu trap him in with the glaciers (twice, since the first time he will use an AOE spell) and wittle him down to about 2HP. Granted it was before 1.07 so I'm not sure if anything has changed.

Edit: Seduction was around 48 and lvl 50.

Well I am level 48 and I have tried to catch DOZENS of the royal tofu from level 35 to their cap. It is fair to say that they are not catchable...but I was also thinking about adding will (I have the bouftou cape but nothing else).
