seduction suggestion so im training my osa its like lvl 20 now and with me only playing with limited time on weekends, i shouldnt get bored, but anxious.
my osa could very well easily be at like lvl 45 now if thats what i was aiming for...quick levels
but whats holding me down is my seduction, (it holds me down because sometimes i will train against weak creatures that will give good xp for seduction but not for me) to be honest its a pain, especially for any osa with big big revolutionary(not really but effective though) plans like me (and yes they are different from the ones i stated in another thread) part of that plan involves seducting animals of high lvls, that will be impssible for my to get my osa to (by impossible i mean seemingly endless journey)
now to the point...
idea 1: make seduction easier to lvl
idea 2: have seductions lvl the same as your characters lvl

tell me what you guys think

I restarted my Osa for a more pet-centric attempt (my previous one had been Earth-only). If you simply cast Seduction (almost) every fight, then it does regularly keep up. It's still a pain to do though since it takes WP, the actual need to cast the spell (i.e. capturing a new pet) is a very uncommon event.

I think a change to the way all spell-levelling works is on the way (at least some big change has been announced), which will hopefully make spells like Seduction easier to work with.

Making Seduction the same as your character level breaks the whole concept of spell-levelling.

Personally Seduction is getting way too many specific unique rules that effect it, most of them designed to cripple it usability. Most of this stems from the fact the current version is an insta-kill when successful.

I would change it from:
1WP 5AP, insta-"capture" (if successful)
to:
4AP, duration condition (applied on success) which "captures" if the target dies within the duration. It could even partially function as that "Charm" spell that Goblettes cast on you, where your move gets controlled by the enemy AI (or the enemy gets controlled by a friendly AI in this case)... though that would probably be worth 1WP.
