what do i need to have/do to get a job in Ankama and actually fix the game?

and yet nobody ever complained about needing to pay for WoW.....
also, WoW subscription is about 15€ a month if i'm not mistaken... while Dofus/Wakfu is 15€ per 3 months....
it's a really low price if u ask me and u'd spend more if it were "F2P"
