Hmm. Basically the haven bag incorrectly reads the false items then. I would note that relogging isn't required to do the dupe.

Then again the haven bag chest is a mismanaged piece of feep which lags most of the time I try to move items around them..

I'm guessing there's a missing error check when items are moved into the bag itself.

That doesn't prove anything but a visual glitch, unless they can be used without using the original quantity.

Again, can you use them, relog, and still have the original scroll numbers?

I can confirm it's a visual bug. You can't use the duped items at all. You cannot dupe the duped items at all.
You can, you are doing something wrong, I just tested it with some scrolls and it DOES work.
Make sure you aren't using the original scrolls. How many scrolls did you start with, and after relogging in, do you still have your original number of scrolls?

Note that in the video linked form that bug report, the creator FAILED to actually dupe, he used his original 10 scrolls. It's also why he can't dupe 99 at a time (because there was only the 10 original scrolls).

The explanation is too complicated.

To reproduce:
Step 0: Make sure you have spare bag slots, and spare bag space.
Step 1: Move bag from 1 slot to another.
Step 2: Move any item into bag. Item reappears at original location as well, at the original quantity.

Note that it's actually a visual bug and you can't actually use the duped items, nor dupe the duped items.

Trying to dupe the duped item fails. Trying to use the duped item fails. Relogging corrects the visual glitch.

Quest completed without getting quest scroll Easy to test: just kill 20 googoos of any specific colour without using quest scroll; you complete the quest anyway.

Seperate, possibly related bug: you do NOT need to get the quest scroll to complete the quest.

Other things of note:
1) Mobs there can aggro you. Rest safely.
2) There's a set from all the slimes there.
3) There's also a water weapon you can get from collecting parts from around the area (the last piece from the ending).

Also to the poster above me, the haven bag functionality has been changed, just check your shortcut bar for the button to enter.

Still a bug of this magnitude, I have never seen anything like this in any other game/beta...
Plus they added this new stuff into the beta 4 days before they shuts down the servers, thats pretty poor planning
If this is the worst you've seen you've not been in many MMO betas before. :p
Okay mister smarty pants "whom apparently knows every single game I've played", give me another example of an equally game breaking bug for a game which was to be released in 1 week, also which have been in beta for 3 years.....
1) Adding conditions to your original statement isn't fair.
2) 29th Feb is more than 1 week from now.
2) The game may have been in beta for 4 years, but for all intents and purposes the game back then is no where near current.
3) The worst beta bug, in my opinion, belongs to Anarchy Online. Granted it was 2 weeks before release, not 1, but when a patch wrecks your operating system, that's bad.

Addendum: I consider anything which makes the game unplayable in some form or another worse than one which can lead to powergaming. Bugs which makes a game unplayable in some form occurs quite often, heck, it happens even after beta, some food for thought.

My biggest concern is, if a thing like thise were to happen in the full game.
It's weird that Ankama doesn't spend more time checking out new features when they add them to a game.

Isn't that EXACTLY what a beta is for? To check out how new features affect the game? Being a beta you're free to throw in any idea you have and see how it affects the players because there's no long-term consequences of it. A few thousand beta players are much more likely to find problems and exploits with a new feature than an internal team of 10 or w/e.
Still a bug of this magnitude, I have never seen anything like this in any other game/beta...

Water Feca casting Crashing Wave on a glyph hitting 200x3 on 3 enemies... all dead on first turn before they can move.
I would like to ask how that even works, considering the crashing wave glyph doesn't do damage as far as spell description goes.

There are also scrolls that givs you just exp to your level and no spell exp. Using them will simply ruin your char later in game as you will have higher level character with low level spells. It's evil trap that some excited people might fell into. I can't call it "reward" when it ruin my character (and it is reward from achievement!).
Is it really that much of a trap when you can just continue fighting the lower level mobs anyways?
