Well if you're only worried about damage there are three options which, imo, are the highest damage dealers around.

Close combat:

Sram

(High damage, good balance HP/Dmg) Fire/Air or Earth/Air Iop: Iops are the classic knight like class, focusing on close combat damage, they have a decent amount of HPs but still, their limited movement and damage restricted to melee it's their weakness when it comes to pvp, classes like Cras, Xelors, Pandawas and Sacriers (which have field manipulation) can easilly manage to deal damage and keep the distance from them.

(Highest damage output when low on HP) Fire Sacriers: Fire sacriers have an huge damage output, high HP and some field manipulation, they can push, pull and swap, although they tend to die quickly due to most of their skills being self-harming. Punishment deals the highest damage out of all the Melee attack skills.

(High Damage when Merry) Earth Pandawas: Pretty much Iop like, they can deal fairly good damage in close combat and can easily take multiple targets at once, also, if a target happens to be too far away, their Blisskrieg skill can hit from anywhere in a linear AoE, teleporting one cell behing the last target.

Ranged: (They don't really do as much damage as close combat classes but still, they deserve to be mentioned.)

(High Damage on Mines) Fire Enutrof: Due to his Burning and scalded effect and average damage abilities this build has an excellent damage potential, the downside is it gets really effective mostly when shooting from mine cells.

(High/Good Damage) I think Earth Cra is the one of the highest damage dealers here, Cras have of course an huge range, also, by leveling some of your Air skills you can keep enemies at distance.

(High/Good Damage-Depending on Dizzy) Fire/Water Pandawa: Dizzy ability allows this build to increase damage and add effects to the FIre Branch skills, after stacking 2-3x Dizzy, Light My Fire can deal quite an high amount of damage and the Burning effect, they also have the best field manipulation of all classes, and the ability of preventing target from teleporting, the downside is they need extra AP(s) to be effective.

(High/Good damage) Air (Dragon) Osamodas: They can achieve some pretty high damage in their dragon form, their range isn't as huge as cras, but it's compensated by the buffs gained in the Dragon form, fairly high damage, good HP, and MP bonus.

(Average dmg. on Tick, good on Tock) Water Xelor: The combination of removing APs and using Aging can help you increase your damage, but having to deal with the Tick/Tock states means you'll basically do that damage once every two turns.

Hope that can help you out.

Just a quick review of those which, imo are the highest damage dealers, i left details out.

Judging by what I see on the NA forums (which are brimming with information compared to this wasteland of an international forum) Air Osa got nerfed to the ground and is near useless now? Can't confirm or deny though.

Are Air or Air/Earth Cras any good for pvp?

Why air osamoda instead of fire or earth? I know Air gets those added support secondary effects when in dragon form, but dragon form boosts all damage, and with both fire and earth doing more damage, wouldn't that be better than going air if damage is the whole point? (fire: highest damage AoE on boohowl, earth: highest damage single target on curve)

Fire enu has insane damage now. They buffed gold mine's dmg bonus from 30% to... 150%.
Also Iop's Wrath now has very high (if not the highest in game) base damage. Add iop's buffs and it might be the strongest spell in game.

Fecastopheles has 131 base damage at rank 100, 221 on crit (admittedly single target, but doesn't use wp). Along with having a massive 40% resistance passive...

Though nothing much can beat the potential bonus damage from Ecaflip Precision: brain dead proc (500% bonus, though probably exceedingly rare), or the potential to multiply a single attack by 8 via 3x "Double or Quits" (After normal damage bonuses). Granted the odds of failure is high, but eh.

Can new watre Eca do well in PvP with HP vampirism?

He does rather low dmg i guess. But i like char concept - other way i dont like usless in PvP char.
