Regarding weapons.
My question is quite simple. Is weapon damage affected by % elemental buff/de-buff? Example: You use 2 satisfaction rings, does your weapon do 0dmg or is it bypassed?

If you are using them on 1lvl character without any skill used, yes, otherwise its not 0 dmg.
+ or minus damage % is not affecting output damage, but ingame calculator. Same like 2 Unbeacon won't give you double damage (but will give you +100% damage). Same like 100% Resist wont give you immunity. Skill / Item damage + (+elemental damage% (there goes all your equipment) - elemental resist% (there goes enemy equipment)) = output damage. |

What about heals (water branch eniripsa)? Are those affected by the -100% or is it only damage that suffers the -100%?

They are not, I use two satisfaction rings and they work great for healers. |
