Govenor Urgent Help! Basically guys,
I have been working hard with my guild and my friends to get:
1000 cp
100k
and that's all we think you need to be a Govenor... but it wont let me... the only thing l've got to do is write a manifesto, but how do you do that... is it an item or what? or nobody can be a Govenor on the new server?

You need to wait for the elections, press N and check when the next elections are.

Manifesto is your program where you state your objectives for your mandate, just a small note...

As for elections, you can register to run for governor i'd say 48 hours before the elections (or 24)...
