It's 4pm in France... 1 more hour and Ankama go home for the day. Yet, not a single staff member has turned up here to announce the "new Int CB", or delays.

I've posted a thread on the French forum so hopefully we'll get an answer, even if it's "oh sorry, we're all dumbasses at Ankama"

You can access the SE /na/ site via proxy. You can even use translate.google.com as a proxy, just translate the site from any other language into English (which basically translates nothing) and it'll pass you the site (though this way is a bit funky sometimes).

Question, Are Ankama the sort of Dev that rarely gives out information or communicate with the audience? even back in Dofus?, because if it is, it is quite worrying for the future

or probably they are just being quite now because they are working super hard to get us into the CBT before eventually they go home? and i hope they will work over time today

 On Dofus the Dev have never been or are rarely on the English forums, only on the French Forums.

 that is serious problem, but unless if there is some sort of Mod that works with the Dev, and will bring anything from the French forum and paste it on the English one

 
They do neglect to tell us news etc, but generally they do at least tell us when a new game is available, especially if it's tailored for us.

Hell, they announced their new website "for us", and I immediately asked if it really was "31st Jan" as the first reply... so that's at least a week of them leaving this "error" up, if it's an error.

There are lots of big studio that tends to suck at communicating with their player base, i think it's a trend nowadays

they have like 300 employees, wouldn't hurt to assign one as the Community Manager or something for the International one

And sucking at customer support normally mean low lvl population for the game, hope so they don't do it in Wakfu or will have to find a way to play the NA one (SE support is great in their games)

So let me get this clear, they are getting better stuff than we are????????.
I don't understand what's happening, i just opened wakfu and it started downloading something...

You do have a Community Manager.  Her name is Kaoly.  Listen, Int guys, you're not missing anything.  This beta download has been so riddles with problems before it even began that a lot of people are fuming over it.  A lot of the older accounts and some of the newer ones have community designation issues and we can't access the game.  We know we can get in because 1, we can download it.  2, it doesn't say "you're not allowed to access this beta test".  It says, "you're not apart of this community".  I don't know guys.... I'm not the foremost expert on Geography, but last I checked, Pennsylvania was part of the U.S. ... and therefore, NA.  Also, we are only starting with 3 classes right now, not all of them.

 Yea. no... she hasn't been seen here in months, and she was very active as a CCM.

NA servers are out and playable, i used proxy and went to the NA site, was all "play the beta now" and stuff, but i coudn´t download it doh, it had a problem with the proxy ( yeah, im not in NA )....
