Reset isnt working

• Due to some of the last changes, it was decided to provide a new complete spell and abilities reset. A new quest will be started automatically as the one that started when you first logged your characters in. All characters will receive it. Note that the countdown has been extended from 10 hours real time to one week real time

Spells aren't reseted.
Abilities aren't reseted.
My passives got reseted but 2 were leveled automaticly.

I'm currently at the Jonk Clan member, no option appears
A friend is with me and got nothing reseted.
Quest hasn't appeared for us.

Nothing was reset for me, and others with us.

Found the solution. Relog wakfu Launcher.
Worked for quest my habilities still didnt reseted
