PROBLEM WITH SUBSCRIPTION
Ok, so i'm here, as a last resource. (I'm getting mad to the bone).
I just arrive home, i paid for a 3-month (90 days) premium account on wakfu, i picked the "boleto" option, where you print the paper and pay it in a bank or a lottery house. I paid it today 10/07/2012 at 19:15:10... probably, it's going to take some time until the credit really comes, like a whole day, since this method is not so fast as the others, BUT, problem is that i CAN"T find this transaction in my transaction history, the only one that shows up is one EXPIRED one that got canceled that i had "printed" like 10 days ago but i didnt paid cause i was full of work and i would not have time to play, so i BOUGHT it today,with a NEW PAYMENT DOCUMENT and it's not showing up in the history. I have the notes and documents to PROVE i paid it. The worst part of it, is that honestly ANKAMA DOES NOT offer a DECENT SUPPORT, i'm trying for like 2 hours get some contact, no answers on e-mail, not a single answer, when i try to send tickets, the server find ERROR ALL THE TIME, and there's not a single person working on "real time" to offer some help. I just want to know IF THE PAYMENT IS OK AND ITS GOING TO BE CREDITED. Is it to hard for ankama to have A DECENT SUPPORT ?
