you just got an update today, as you might had notice they only release the full change-log .... well today, so i guess that we will only get the full change-log some days before or even at the day. As you can understand balancing takes time (it doesn't happen by pressing a button you know) and something that appear good on paper might be a crap in game so they have to start all over again...

When will anything happen?
When it does. It's simple really, put on your big boy boots and be patient. As stated above we just got an update! |

Easy as it sounds, they can't publish a changelog without having decided and started working on everything.
Since they said the update will be on August they'll take all the time in their hands, which means rebalances will probably be completed one day or two before the update itself. Until that date, as usual, they'll slowly publish (on the french forums) some changes they intend to make, some of them have already been posted, too. In other words, just wait, be patient and scout for news every now and when on the french forums.  |

There isn't a single piece of development news that isn't posted on our side, Troyle ensures this by keeping contact with the CM of the French side. All news is posted on both sides at the same time... On-Topic: We won't have a complete change log until around the time of the update itself, as the others have said.
