Dark Vlad Insignia
I know of 1 person who has it but has anyone else gotten it yet?
Apparently to obtain it you have to fight dark vlad upon a rare encounter near the fountain in the maze game. |

its a rare dark vlad spawn, who spawns in the middle of the maze at the fountain. If you kill him you get the insignia. He doesnt show up very often though.

I just spent roughly 40 Bronze Coin on this yesterday and was happy to encounter Dark Vlad, though I lost the fight but got surprised when I got an Insignia .. yehey!!!

just wake up to feed my pet....
