?? OMG lost everithing ehy... something happen during my last log in. i found my character empty of a lot of items, really expensive, without any kama, without heaven's gems...

what's happen??

please contact me as soon as possible... i am really confused...

the strange is that also the "ikia kit" stuff, with all the stuff inside disappeared...

please tell me something about...

Maybe u got keylog or something like that so other ppl logon and stolen all your items?

i only log my account, and nobody knows my password...

the strange thing is that also the ikia kit for the chest inside the bag are disappeared... you can not remove or manage that... so nobody stole nothing... is happen this mornig, and is really really strange...
i think is a bug... i was in bonta selling at the square... and i found the character in amakna?? where amaknian people restart...

actualy is something like a reset of the heaven bag... with all the stuf inside! and all the money T.T

Step 1) Make sure you havent misplaced it

Step 2) Make sure nobody has hacked you (have you given anyone your user/pass), have you played at a unsafe location (internet cafes)

Step 3) Relog

Step 4) If everything above fails take screenshots of your empty bag and other abnormalities and send Anakma a ticket, remember to include a detailed account of what happend.

Step 5) If they dont reply contact a moderator

i just find the form to contact a gm on the ankama support.

the report bug section are not right for my situation...

so i reported with send message...
but now i see my ticket in the department "in game violation" i don't know if is the right department, but i don't know which department is the right one, too...

please Troyle put an end at this nightmare...

ehy something happen again, after logging my other character i relog the one with the problem and i see again my stuff, i will control all the items, but i am more happy now^^

i have a friend in wakfu who as banned, and he did not even know about this, and had to create another account to play now

(i dont remember the acc name, but the IGN is Godenel/Curt/Kurt Cobain)

is there any way to see why he was banned?
