Elemental Tokens,Candy Tokens and other gifts from GIFT BUTTON are GONE!!
Dear Ankama,
I was about to play with my new character with the same account I've been using and suddenly to my surprise I found out that the Gift Button on next to the Bug Reporting button on the upper right corner of the game interface was GONE so I just lost all 4 Elemental Tokens and 4 Candy Token together with other gifts such as those that give bonuses to Stats e.g Chance,strength etc are also gone!!
At first I thought it was some kinda glitch and so I tried to change character using my main and the same thing still happens, still no Gift Button! and I don't recall those items to have an expiration date either as it was not mentioned on the forum nor especially on the email that I received when I purchased a subscription.
PLEASE HELP!!! this has gone way beyond dissatisfaction.
