Lost my ogrines So..

I bought my self 700 ogrines ( i had 300 to begin with) and i decided to sub all went well until the last page when the screen just froze and some sort of error appered.

I went back to the sub page and tryed to sub again but guess what folks i lost 500 ogrines and didnt get anything in return (cheked my account status "old subber") ..

Wonderfull just plain wonderfull..

p.s id love to make report to customer service but since ankama as a company has no idea how to build easy to navigate suport im stuck since only place that eaven remotly looks like suport window is bug report section that dosent have any boutique options..

so if anyone could please direct me to the right path id be happy..

Bought new ogrines and tryed again.. AND GUESS WHAT FOLKS again lost them again! Now ankama for gods sake get ur shit togegethr
