Do the staff even care about the posts on these forums? It seems so.

Not only we have problems subscribing but we're also ignored when it happens so.

And then they're wondering why do people leave.

The game is great,but give us some support!

Troyle is Ankama Staff, and he replies on the forums quite frequently.

However, the forums are not support, so if you're having trouble subscribing and "reporting" it by posting it on the forums, you're not reporting it at all.

Dear Defalus,

again... the official Ankama Account Support is completely detached from the forums.

Please contribute to the forums by discussing topics about Wakfu and keep such topics as account issues to the corresponding channels.
