Our compensation So I've been playing Wakfu since the beginning of the week, and i was online on tuesday, wensday, yesterday, but i never got my compensation. Why not?

I dont know how to get this subscription but, do only some people get it?
All of the players for wakfu right now should get that subscription. We have all suffered, some people more, some people less. But we all deserve to get something to keep us play this game. I like this game so much, but right now i'm just confused and jealous, because i want my bonuses too. I lost characters and items, so it's only normal to ask for something back.
I'm not saying Ankama isn't cool, they are cool, and i wanna stay that way.

Did you chek the gift interface under the compensation ? if not its on the right upper courner right next to report a bug button.

The extra subs were granted yesterday my alt got one are you sure it didint aredy activite? You can chek ur account sub status by going account managment and cliking wakfu.

if you didint get compensation at all i recomend pm:ing troyle our community manager you can find him easily by pressing the dev traker button on forums

Unfortunately i don't have the gift, but i guess we'll get it tomorrow.

where u higher than lvl 3?
if no than asking troyle wont work

When i lost my char it was level 14, i had four characters. After the rollback i got nothing

When character was created till rollback days, then you must send message to Troyle's anka box, they will check the log and give you that.

I made a new character just before the rollback and logged in to find it gone. So I made a new one with the expectation that I could just level it up pretty fast with the aid of the "mea cupla" potion. But for some reason the compensation gift package is only available on one character. A character that is level 1 and never been played before. I work 7 days a week and don't really get much time to play so it's hard for me to find the energy to start back up again even if it is just a dozen levels needed to catch up.
My question really is, Is this just a bug or will I be doomed to start over again without any help or promised compensation?

You only get the potion on characters that were logged at the time that was rollbacked. Therefore, new characters created afterwards won't be compensated. Talk to Troyle to find out if anything can be done about restoring the character you lost.

That's the wierd thing. I created a few characters during the rollback, but only kept one which I was going to continue. However, that's the one that was deleted. The character that has recieved the compensation gift was never logged in once this passed week, so I have no clue why it is the only one with a potion.

I'm not impatient at all, I've already sent a PM to Troyle hours ago but does anyone know if I would be able to get back my Survivor set that I got for playing beta? It's the only item that I really care for since it's untradeable.
