Steamers? Oh indeed that would be awsome. I started playing in sufokia after seeing those episodes. Also i do hope they will have water/air/earth spells (because so far only sadida got that). I would love to play them.

Highly doubt it's a new class considering how the steam golem are just a bunch of sufokians using random lv 100 ore that gives hax powah.

If they're going to introduce it, I bet it will be a crafting items unlocked for high level or something (notice how there's a spot for one more profession?) that requires lots of high level mat or something.

maybe new enemy and new boss....

I belive steamers gameplay will be about summoning Mech (just like Rogue do with boombot) and then ability to get in mech and control it while inside (similar to enutrof's or osamodas's fusions).

It is just any other class using mechs in the anime, you really can imagine a mech coming out of incarnam? I don't...

If they really realease that , will be a totally break in the game background, come on!
A new steamer god, that no one ever heard? Steamer people? In mech suits? Can you imagine little mech babies?

They are not a class, neither characters, nor a God.They are a tool, a mecha armor, to fight high level stuff like shushus in the series. So , take a cra and put him in a boat, using a axe, and a helmet, HEY LOOK, new class, vikings!

Hate to nitpick but..

According to ankama on air/comics etc residents of world of twelve look like humans until puperty when they decide what god to worship and then take the atributes of this god, but consider the following what if one dosent pick one or renounce the god?

Now ur in world of 12 without blessing of any god and lack ability to inffluence the world in way how lets say iop, cra, osa or sram could, what do you do?

correct technology like in the case of rogues who relays on bombs and guns this time the people just were under water and aparently really liked gundamn.

Joking aside im personally waiting for this !

Intorducing stemers to dofus tho would breik the background.. But in wakfu it would fit afterall theyre present in the cartoon.

Rogues worship Sram, Masqueraiders worship Sadida, if this class comes out, it will be the first true non-religious class in the game.

Finally... class for Atheists!  

You could say the same about Feca's - those are just humans with high intelligence and so they use technology of glyphs and protecting shileds.

Seriously Steamers can worship feca's god.

Anyway i have an idea on how spells could work:

Earth - heavy close combat damage.
Water - Attacks of wakfu energy and/or water guns shooting
Air - Attacks of stasis energy and/or wind blows

Base damage not strong but in Mech:
Earth - additional effects, slightly higher damage
Water - Wakfu beams
Air - Stasis lazors

Specialities:
Mech - summon mech on the field
Manual Control - Steamer enter Mech and control it
Escape Button - Steamer got shoot out of Mech before it explode.
Increased Durability - improves Mech survivalability

I heard what they said in the Ankama on air, but it just don't make sense, why would we have little iopgirls or osamoda-like children , or even all sadida kids, that we see in some episodes? I think that break the idea of the "human child" that chose who to worship.

Osamodas parents will have a human-like or a osamoda-like child, and that child can choose a god?
So I can be born osamoda but choose to follow sacrier, do I lost my horns? Do I get the blood tattoos?

if there ever is a new class it should be Eliatrope, they make more sense

Exactly. Just because there was some new class in cartoon doesn't mean that there will be new class in the game. We have Eliatropes in Wakfu series from the first episode, but not in the game...

Nice, I'm hyped for this. Technologic + atheist class = win (that's pretty much how I describe myself IRL)

I guess it will be Fire/Air/Water though, not earth. Mainly because those three things are the components of steam!

Then I suggest stop being hyped Rogues has just been released, Masq are not even in the game yet, IF they will release the new class, it will take another year or two.
