Atlantica ... its a 3D free to play MMO.
You got item mall for extra stuff if u want/need. And its allways a way to reward the game Devs.
Hope tho u go diablo 3 ;P

For once we have the same opinion, Hyu. There is nothing like Wakfu...but sadly they turned this promising product into a piece of you know what.

If anyone can direct me to a similar game I am more than happy to play it.

I could suggest a completely freeform sandbox MMO with permadeath. You basically start of as a hermit in the wild and can form the nature to start by making a farm, later a village, or even whole empires if you find enough guys to team up with. The content comes a) from the absolute extensive crafting system and b) from the player interaction. When I build a town some other guys might build a town nearby and we could go to war, or trade or do with eachother whatever we want to do. The game sets absolutely no boundaries.

Downsides are the graphics (simple 2d, SNES Zelda style) and that the devs are currently working on a professional project. Game is named Haven and Hearth if I am allowed to post here. It isn't turn based btw.

It is also entirely free since it is not a professional project, but made by the devs because they loved the idea.
