Rollback - the answer
Greetings,
We come back to you today regarding what has been going on in the last two days.
As you already know, 2 important flaws were discovered and had a deep impact on the game balance, since Monday evening.
Following this issue, and for the sake of transparency, we decided to communicate officially about these 2 flaws and react immediately by announcing what seemed inevitable: a rollback.
As we already said, applying a rollback is the most difficult choice we have to make on a MMORPG. This is the reason why the team worked this whole morning trying to find another solution, avoiding such a drastic answer.
Unfortunately, the consequences of these flaws leave us no other choice than applying the rollback that was first announced.
After investigating on the impact of these two flaws, we estimate that it would harm the whole community to keep the server the way it currently is.
We first want to apologize for this issue.
Of course we will compensate the whole community. Subscribers and Non-subscribers who logged in between Monday May 7th 4pm GMT and Wednesday May 9th 12pm GMT will receive the following:
These compensations will be provided to all players during the update that will be deployed today at 12pm GMT, in the same time as the rollback, which will bring the server back 44 hours. This means that you will find your characters as they were on the 7th of May, at 4pm GMT.
In order to make sure that the rollback applies in the best conditions, we decided to delay the release of Mount Zinit Chapter 2 to next week.
This update will mostly focus on fixing the bugs that allowed these exploits, the rollback, and distributing the compensation gifts. Our objective is to rebalance the servers in the best possible conditions for each community, in order to allow you to start playing again.
In the next days, we will conduct an investigation to track down those who abused these exploits and sanction them appropriately.
We will finish this announcement with a FAQ that should address most of your concerns.
We stay available should you have more questions that could still be unanswered and once again apologize for the inconvenience.

- A free subscription week
- A potion usable only once (not tradable) which effects will 12 hours of game time once it was consumed, and providing bonuses of +100 wisdom, +50 prospecting, double harvesting xp, double craft xp.
- 5 silver tokens and 50 bronze tokens.

What’s a rollback?
In a MMO, rolling back means canceling one or more operations achieved with a character: XP gain, drops, item or kamas purchase, stats attribution.Following a rollback, you find your character back as it was some hours or days before.
