Drheller Heart Has anyone dropped a Drheller Heart?

I have been trying to drop them for a while and I am not getting any (while using pimped out pp gear).

Does this maybe have a pp lock or is the drop glitched?

Little drhellers don't drop hearts.
Big drhellers does, but since there isn't any ingame, you can't get drheller hearts at this moment.

So there is Big Dhreller in mine like not mine in Bonta, if u aggro enuff lil dhreller the big one will spawn *i think

There are Drhellers spawning randomly (they aggro you when walking to close to them) and I have dropped a horn, my problem is with the drheller heart, I have not seen any on the market and in the few random fights I have done I have not seen a heart drop yet.

I want to make the Justice Breastplate which requires 2 horns and 6 hearts. I would have thought that the horn would be the difficult item to drop however I have the horns a.t.m. and can't seem to find heart anywhere.

Killed lots with 140+ PP and nothing. Quite sure the devs would answer something like:
"Not implemented yet" ... its all they can answer imo :p
