My issues with the World bosses. My issueso several days ago i thought "lets wait for the black crow" and after the reset the black crow appeared. (yay)

so finaly i thought to have a chance of fighting him,
but to no surprice it was already being attacked by???

1 sram. . . .

the sram was fighting on its own against the black crow by hiding every turn.
not even attacking the boss but just hiding there. waiting roughly 30~45 minutes before mysteriously
summoned 5 other players on the field.

now it might have been that the sram ended the match and that the other team got him before others did.
that isnt what bothers me the most.

what bothers me the most is that it is "hyu's" team that once again fights the world boss.
now people can say i bitch moan and complain allot but if there is always just 1 guild that "can" do the world bosses i call it total bullshit.

others should at least have a chance of fighting the world bosses as well. but being camped by 1 sram so his/her guild can murder everyone and then get the worldboss without other's even attacking them.

sure randomize the boss spawn. it wont change a damn thing because there will always be 1 sram waiting at its spawn location and do everything over again.

World Bosses are just a very poor way of adding content to a game. It brings many issues to the game like the ones you've posted, all we can do is just wait for better sets to come out. Even possibly a dungeon for those bosses, so everyone will have access to endgame content.

From world boss to monk dungeon, the Dev sure have a way to make the game from bad to worse.

I wonder how will the new island gonna work?

Since its a vampire theme, it open only at night?

As OP says the randomizing of the spawn won't do a thing about this issue.

Hilarious how some innocent sadi spawning his totem will get banned. But these guys probably running a bot for this (should be easily possible to bot aggro and then hiding each turn) till they get home from kindergarden to make sure they are the only ones killing the world bosses is totally ok.

Why can't Ankama accept the premise that people will try to exploit mechanics? That way you have to plan game content that it is hard or impossible to exploit so easily in the first place. If this is a bot running then they can run it 24/7 and have it autoaggro as soon as the cro spawns, then notifying the guild to come and kill it.

World bosses are just really poor game design. Period. Just make some nice dungeon for them or why not make it like it used to be? Where you had to collect some rare items to unlock the fight versus the black cro? There was nothing wrong with it, but you decided to trash a working mechanic and replace it with a flawed one.

If you really want to add good content, Ankama, then make it like the Riktus Elite dungeon. Where players have to work in a group effort towards getting through the content. Running the low tier normal dungeons to gather keys and powder for the bombs, then run the elite dungeon etc. That was a good idea.

What about those secret mini bosses? Only to be found in low tier dungeons. Were a good idea too, so better trash them, amirite? What about mimikibble chests? Gave a great incentive to run dungeons repeatedly, better trash that mechanic for new content too.

You eliminate all good ideas and instead introduce halfassed, abusable new ones. I don't get that game design concept.

I guess they were too busy killing the other world boss and running nun dungeon can't have anyone else taste that content now can we must use srams to keep it locked.

I think such bot isn't implemented yet since there is no big need in it with current fixed respawn time. But with randomized respawn time it will come to that eventually, most likely.

I'd rather see Lord Crow being part of an optional dungeon inside Crow Dungeon and Moowolf an optional dungeon inside Lunar Dungeon. This way they could add more content without the need of a lot of work, if that's what they are avoiding.

It'd be better if they just expanded Sadida/Kelba and added new extensions with higher level content and a high level dungeon though. The way the game is fragmented now doesn't make it feel like open map, even though it is. It seriously reduces the game-play enjoyment, at least for me.

And, what about Mount Zinit? I thought they'd extend this area, it could evolve along with the game. The further you go stronger the beasts become, because now it only seems to be a forgotten low level area. I have never been here after OB.

I only wish they change the whole Word Boss idea and give up on it, it only rewards specific people, doesn't require much skill, all you need to have is patience, lack of empathy and selfishness (the good team factor doesn't matter much now with all the exploitable bugs).

Dunno about the other things about Zinit i sent a question for in side Ankama on air and they answer it on the last one (nº29), they say they will add it something sooner or later...  

Black crow was good in beta. You get 1 key-item from dungeon run and if you show it to black crow NPC you are teleported to map where Black Crow will fight with you. IT was good because everybody had chance to fight this boss. I don't understand why they have changed it.

Randomize spawn of boss.... i hope it will randomly appear on the map with random respawn time (wich should be between 4 hours to 48 hours). This way everybody will get a chance to meet him. No one can be everywhere anytime.

So what is the spawn time of black crow?

Can nobody create a group that kills Hyu?

I waited for others to say this, but Hyu has exploited the game to get many moowolf sets and black crow sets for his guildies (alts?) 'One For All'(bonta guild?). Nobody gets banished for this because most of them got multiple accounts, which means more money for Ankama.

It's sad, that multiaccount players already become the elite of server. I was hoping, it will take more time, but this game becomes another Dofus.

This is the game, if you want kill boss use same tactic to Hyu, just need know respow time.

Exploiting .....What a wrong way to put it ...

First of all, we all know that world boss respawn every server weekly mainternains. So, if you can log in as fast as server open, you can have the boss...... As simple as that. Even if you miss the boss, you can alway wait until he dead so you can get exactly time he would respawn. It's all fair and square. And guess what, my full team (8 ppl +) alway spam like crazy on the log -in screen to get the first seat.......and what did u guy do? chatting on the forum? )

Second, plz don't abuse my Guild especially when you know nothing about it. Alt you say? We may use few to leech new mems but never in pvp and Bossy thing.

if anyone there to blame, blame Ankama. Who on earth gonna set the world boss so easy to farm like that, with fixed respawn time at fixed location. Trust me.....even if we don't farm it, do you really believe that the boss will available for you?

Well that's what I do, blaming ankama . I can't be mad at you, because you're faster with killing that boss. This system is just one big fail and of course, someone will exploit it. But what about people, who have job/school/duties when the boss is respawning?
Idk, whose idea was "hey let's make a content, which is accesible only at certain time of week", but that's just dumb.

It should be possible to play any aspect of this game whenever I log in.

Naturally the two players who dislike my post, and the post of those who say multi-accounting is not good for the game, are the ones who camp the Black Crow and - according to many other players - aggro anyone who comes near it. So, you two using the word ' fair' is rather silly.

And, could any of you two explain why you need so many Black Crow sets? And why you do not really want anybody else to get it unless it benefits you? (a guildy, a friend..)

And, ofcourse you'd never admit to exploiting a bug to get Black Crow set (back when the bug was exploitable with crows) because it goes against Ankama's own rules which you subscribed to in the first place.

The game allows camping, so you say it is okay to do so. The game allows aggroing, so you say it is okay to do so. The game has an exploitable bug, so you say it is okay to exploit it. Nice reasoning Einsteins. That logic has anyone who can trace where you live and can buy and operate a gun to claim the same when he or she would suddenly shoot you in the behind, because they were able to do so it is okay.

@ krowakot: I agree with you, any aspect of the game should be playable by the player.

Firstly, let me make this clear.

If there is any situation that our guild kill other people for the sake of THE BOSS (except Lion Heart, we fighting each others once ). Show the evidence, and we would never appear at the boss spawn again, we will. We're desperately trying to make peace while hunting boss, because when it became war, no one is at advantage, only stupid people would prefer fighting each others for the boss.

Why we need many BC sets ? Isn't it rather a stupid question ? For our guildies ofcourse.

And again with the exploiting things. You're saying we are using exploit, but you have absolute no evidence about it.

We've never said that using exploit is acceptable.

Please try to read and improve the argument, otherwise it just make me feel like I'm trying to argue with some kid who can't think on two sides of the problem.

Well maybe they're keeping those sets for their alts/guildmates. Or simply they don't want to see anyone else in black crow set, so they can be the strongest ones. That's very selfish, but you can't really blame them for that.
However if they're exploiting bugs in every fight, they should be permabanned from this game along with their alts.
