I think you should focus more on talking about issues, not suggesting things. Because Ankama doesn't care about international forum and they won't listen to any suggestion, unless you write it in french on french forum.

We dont know that for sure since we already know the videos are being watched by Troyle and some suggestions are being relayed to the devs =X We see a few turn around's on some of the areas we have covered. |

Indeed, after my first video Troyle himself stated that he's forwarded some ideas to the devs.
The 2nd video ranted about the changes in maka items and the changes were dropped. Now this could be coincidence but sometimes putting your voice to a problem rather then words can have alot more impact. |

I still don't think, they will listen to any of suggestion from this forum. But if you still want to believe they care, it's your buisness. Just don't be disappointed.

No it's not.
I do appreciate good, well thought suggestions, and regularly pass them on to the developers. As this seems to be a common belief within the International Community, let me tell you how suggestions are being handled in the French and International Communities. It is our duty as Community Manager to make sure that the community we represent is listened to and receives as much care as any other one. However, since the developers are mostly French speakers, they will more likely go to the French forums to have a look at players’ feedback and see how they liked this and that. Let me tell you however that some game designers also like some times to have a look at other forums, curious to see if the feedback is similar or not. They then tend to come to our forums as it will be easier for them to read English than German or Spanish. Now this is not the only source of feedback they get. Each community manager has direct contact with the developers and can talk personally to the one in charge of a specific area of development, when he sees a very interesting feedback. If I see an interesting suggestion concerning monsters, I will contact the game designer in charge of monsters. If I see an interesting feedback about a class, I will contact the game designer in charge of this class. When I see an interesting overall feedback, I will just send it to the head of game design. When I see a bug report, I will contact the testers, and so on… This is how each one of us Community Managers makes sure that your feedback, concerns and ideas are being forwarded to the right person. Now to tell you the truth, feedback tends to be very similar from one forum to the other, so you shouldn’t think that this class was nerfed because the French players requested it. Now I understand that it’s not easy for you to follow what has been forwarded and what has not. But since we rarely just discuss one thread with the developers and more an overall idea about this or that, it would be very time consuming to go through every single thread and make a post stating that it was forwarded to the devs. And should we do that, some might misinterpret such post as a “this will come soon”. |

Amen to that. A 50% chance to plant should not fail 5+ times regularly. Statistically the chance of that should be 3.125%, yet it happens with alarming frequency. |
