As stated the problem is on the 3rd party server side and Ankama cannot do anything except escalate the problem solving. There are just so many things that can cause this type of problem and it can take anything from an hour to few days for the problem to get resolved depending how "big" customer Ankama is for the service provider.
Sorry, i dont buy that "this is 3rd party ISP/hosting problem" excuse, because i still have 1 account loged in the whole time, so i know server works fine.. Its clearly some software issue on login server.
BTW one must love these empty mines, so its not that bad... :-)
