third party is an outside company
What is "third party servers" ? party 1: You party 2: Ankama you have a direct relationship with Ankama, you pay your subscription to them to get a service Ankama has a relationship with the Server Hoster, you have nothing to do with this relationship, therefore the server hoster is a 'third party' if that made sense D: |

Counting them won't help as until the problem is solved disconnections will keep happening, best thing we can do at the moment is wait since the servers are hosted by a third party provider.

Calm down everyone.. This is something that happens in every online mmo game.
