The Game Have no Support!!!
Have some Bot farms, Bugs and other problems, but the worst is (YOU CAN MAKE NOTHING) is IMPOSSIBLE to find and talk to the Game Master (GM) and the Ticket System dont works because nobody reads and responds. I can understand that the whole staff is busy working to complete the game that is very incomplete at the time, but Ankama... you CAN NOT FORGET THE PLAYERS because it is no longer a BETA, this is the COMMERCIAL VERSION, have peoples PAYING for play and this peoples are ABANDONED, have several sites selling kamas because have a lot of BOT FARMS.

Ankama in name of all players F2P and P2P im ask for support and more attention, dont let the game DIE, This game is incomplete and because of that you have to compensate in other things to keep players, and the thing that players like is support.

• The players are happy when they can interact with the staff and be heard, and it is important not least because the players know what is missing in the game and that can improve

i saw bots spamming their sites bla bla bla buy kamas or sell bla bla bla near those owls also i think that site farms kamas with bots well everything u said is half true but i dont know

You can easily code a mining bot since all the position of the mines are predeterment = A lot of kamas while afk....

It's such a hassle then. They have to pay for the acc, and keep it running.

If you suspect a bot or see any gold spammers just report them.

Also been wondering whether there is actually english speaking support for this game. Had to contact the support couple times already regarding subscription and in-game issues. Only got answer on the subscription matter and it was in French. Never got help on the in-game issues..

Not really something players can help with - Issue with Non-tradeable/droppable Items and having to recreate character, so basically loss of Ogrines (e.g. Makabisdom ring). Not really big deal, but thats still 900 ogrines lost. Im guessing GM's wouldnt reset your passives, so was hoping maybe they could transfer the item back to gifts.. dunno.

Edit: Messed up the build at early levels due to "miss click"

There is English support for WAKFU.

how all these passive bugs "Should" have been handled temporarily is by locking that option to spend points and refunding all points spent in that passive, there has been no sign of any consideration towards these broken passives such as Powerful Shooting not working at all, another big problem that Requires all points to be reset in the 27th patch is the fact that players were spending points on passives based on what passives were bugged (in a abusive way or negative way) such as the Riddling passive being maxed by Earth Cra when it stacks on the Piercing arrow spell causing the levels of riddling to be added ontop of the peircing arrow spell.

there is missing information on the Saddidas Doll sacrifice spell or Explodoll passive that mentions that when a doll is sacrificed it does not explode dealing damage, this caused some players to lose points or destroy their whole build when they discover that the spell does not do what they had planned and their level 60 strategy does not work

Well like I said Ankama don't take kindly to gold sellers and your advertising there links, just a word of caution.

There is support? Thank god!

My two weeks of waiting for a solution so I can PAY were making me feel like Support had died.

I'm curious though - Ankama's support is connected to both Dofus AND Wakfu, right? So if I get my Dofus subscription issue solved, it will also solve my Wakfu problem, right?

I can't imagine otherwise, considering I use the same account, but it would be nice to know.
