Secret zaap and Riktus dungeon in mines [UPDATED] Remington Sufokia government made an interesting little discovery on basement level 4 of the Butta mines today:


Free Zaap to all other nation's trade bridges (and back?) Hmmmm... Wonder what we'll do with this....



Thank to Arkadia, Nerida, Blood Alchemist, Ludio, Idio and everyone else for wasting time making hundreds of bombs, hehehe.

Hey there Nerida here, i was the first person who saw this zaap ^^ This is really awsome feeling.
Was great times exploring those mines with my friends from sufokia. There's also phoenix in that mine so it makes it even more comfortable to use knowing this zaap is really deep underground.

We don't know yet if its last underground floor, we will keep exploring.

Nice going. How difficult is it to get to that Zaap?

Depends on two things - if you know where the teleports are and if you have the Fire of Love.

It's pitch black in there without the fire of love, so unless you know the exact route you'll probably never find it (but it's possible, I don't have the fire and I navigate it a lot).

Then the stairs down are a pain too. The first one is obvious - it's a big staircase in the middle of the main mine. Next one is hidden off a little path at the north corner of the map and you can't actually see the stairs, only a blue glow (we'll probably bomb around it and drop a lantern later so you can see it). Next floor is pitch black, but we only mined two branches so it's easy to find. Take the one north east and you'll see the stairs. Last one down we made one path so follow that to the end. It'll seem like a dead end with a torch and some wooden scenery. In the tile directly below the torch is a secret staircase (again you can't see it - we need to mine around it). After that you're in an open cavern, take the only path open and it leads straight to zaap.

In terms of how hard to excavate and find without knowing about it? 300 megabombs and a LOT of luck combined with educated guesses for exploration. We only found a lot of the stairs down because we heard them as we mined past them. (all warps make a swirly sound effect).

Also on an unrelated note, the deeper we go the better the nodes are getting. It started out just iron, then iron and salt, now it's just salt. Theory is we might get top level nodes across a whole floor as we go further down. Would be nicer to be doing this in brakmar mines though, maybe :p

but but.. me and sgsII already saw it long ago at beta lol..
the only diffrence is the bug with it, back then the bug with the zaap was we cant go back to this zaap(inside mines) from another zaap, now u have 0 cost kamas with it. Have u tried zapping from another zaap to this zaap(inside mines)?
