I try to purchase with my mobile phone ( Telkomsel mobile provider ) some ogrines. I don't receive any reply sms, nor PIN to my mobile phone, but i don't receive any error.

Hi there, I can't seem to confirm my information whilt trying to subscribe. I have entered my information in each box but it won't let me confirm and move on to payment.

  • Country - United Kingdom
  • Payment method - Visa
  • What did you try to purchase - Monthly Subscription
  • Error message - There is none, the page just keeps scrolling back up and nothing happens.

MadamRage, try the number fix from Click here
i had similar problems (that strangely cant be replicated by admins lol) and this fixed it for me to pay
if not, sorry it didnt work for you

Payment Method: F*ck knows! I want to use a normal payment method, you know.. like Visa or Paypal but I've only got a selection of this 'Pay-by-cash' crap that I've never seen in my life. I don't know what it does so I don't exactly wanna confirm an order with that!

When do I want it.. NOW!

Any chance I'll be able to play this game any time soon?

Error Message: credit card not accepted wait 24 hours and try again

It has been giving me this error message for the last three days. I thought it might have been my account, but i checked it today and i have enough money for the payment, but the site will not let my payment go through.

P.S i do not know if this makes a difference but i do have another account that is subscribed to wakfu which i used the same information

Hello .. I paid my premium on 4/10/2012 for a month and I've sent an email to noreply@ankama.com scanner with the payment slip or better envei has 2x the e-mail to Ankama, and so far only received the Tofukaze to use in my acc: CaioFF

Please help me, I'm from Brazil ... thank you now

When I first played Wakfu 1 month ago, I do not have a CC, so I asked my friend (playing Wakfu too - he is the one telling me about this game) to subscribed for me. He did it successfully (of course, he used the CC that he subscribed for himself earlier).

And now one month passes, I need to re-subscribe. So I ask him again to do it for me. But he had this error. I thought may be the reason is from his card, so I asked another friend, but still the same error.

I tried the subscription myself a few more times but still that error. I sent email to Ankama support but no replies. What can I do now? Anybody with the same problem?

I also have a same problem too. I subscribe for my friend and my brother too.And then I can't sub please wait 24h, ok I wait,

time pass 24h , I still can't subscribe
time pass 1week , I still can't subscribe
time pass 1month , I still can't subscribe

From what I think,I think that credit card has a limit for 3 account.But this is what I think.

Me,my brother and 3 of my friend , We already quit this game because the payment system very bad!! and other country has a few option to subscribe, I see some country can use Visa. But why I can't, and I see some people only have 1 option to sub that is "pay by cash"
where is JUSTICE?????????????????????????????????

Troyle If you read this. I suggest to add a gift function for Ogrines, For someone that want to subscribe for their friend. If you add a gift function it will be a lot better. Or you can increase a limit subscribe for credit card ( if I not wrong)

Error :Mobile operator/provider not supported so unable to carry out transaction.

So there is absolutely no way for me to subscribe!!! Cuz pay by phone was my only way to buy one week subscription ogrines.....

Pay by phone.
The website says message sent to your phone. Plz confirm. But i dun recieve a message on my phone at all!!! ( I tried several times and even waited for 3 hours for the measage!!!)

Details:

I cannot get past the identity authentication page in order to subscribe... the 'confirm' button does not even work for me. I've tried another computer, different browsers and browser versions and just figure its not a problem my end if none of that has helped. I do want to subscribe but until the 'confirm' button works i'm totally stuck!

(I've no idea what other thread to post this, i've sent a support ticket but have not had a reply so far, and i've found no other topics on forums or in the support section that relate to my issue.)

I have decided to subscribe today and just after confirming my credit card information the page didin't load.I refreshed it and it said "order cancelled" or something similar.

On my transaction history the following appears:

"transaction number" 2012-05-19 30 days Credit Card Cancelled

NOTE: I tried logging in to see if i got the benefits of a subscriber but i didn't.

Country: Romania

Payment metheod: Credit Card

What did you try to purchase : 1 Month of subscription

Error: Order cancelled.
