How happy are you with Ankama customer service?

How happy are you with Ankama customer service? So, launching a mmorpg has never been smooth since the dawn of ages but Ankama is not exactly making new friends here. With all the numerous problems i'm sure they have their hands full.

I've sent a couple of tickets and haven't got an answer so far. I would like to know have you got an answer? How long did it take? Did your problem get solved? How happy are you with the customer service (picture a mandatory smiley here)?

And yes, i'm actually interested to know this and not just trying to create another troll thread.

Seriously though... I am not satisfied and I am beginning to think those tickets just go nowhere and they have nobody employed to answer them.

What customer service?

Five months ago or so I sent them a ticket, then again three months ago. Both never got answered.

Is there no-one who has got their ticket answered or is it just the ones that have problems and cannot play lingering here in the forums? =)

Like everybody is saying.. we haven't heard a WORD from anybody about anything.

I think the problem is mainly that you have to speak omelette du fromage to get a reply.

none of my friends ever get their ticket responded to as well.

I have send like 3 ticket, only 1 replied.

Fact was, the only ticket replied was the same day i subscribed...

Thats how soon they replied, after i subbed...

Its about subscription issue, which i send about weeks ago.

Funny was, the reply mainly was on my subbed payment delayed, which affect my account verification on 1st march.

I didnt report that issue, but gotten a mail reply. =_=

lol,maybe their support team for remington is still frenchies that doesnt understand english well, so they just tot thats ur problem xd

I'd rather not judge the company by how they did customer service during the beta. A new Community Manager started working for this community this week, so hopefully that will change their service drastically.

Let the past stay in the past and hope for a better future instead.

now is no longer beta, and the main thing we're talking about is ticket replies.

3 tickets and no response since Wednesday. I cannot continue the story because of bug.

I have had a ticket open since launch day that is yet to be responded to. I expected some delay with it being launch week but it is frustrating to not get timely support, particularly as a paying customer.

Hope I get a response soon

Thank you guys for all the comments and discussion.

It took 5 days until my ticket was answered today. The problem concerned my account being allocated to wrong community. I answered the ticket one more time and my problem got solved a few hours later.

I have to say that i'm pleased for the service concerning my problem and the time delay is acceptable since the flood of tickets at launch. However, i'd like to see more information flow on a general level towards us in the future. Nothing is worse than being kept in the dark.

Anyways, finally can start playing the game on Remington!

I hope the other problems are treated in a timely manner also.

Same! It won't let me move past the Zinit Caverns. I'm subscribed, so maybe that will give them some incentive to help me out. I sent my tickets a couple of days ago.
Hopefully they'll reply soon...

gz.. hopefully other ppl will have their ticket answered too..
to everyone else that gotten their ticket answered plz reply and state the time ankama support needs till your ticket is answered

This game is so dead, and so the support. They didn't answer for ANY of my friends' tickets, so I didn't even bother to write mine, waste of time...
