Found a way to contect Ankama without using ticket system that has impossible to fill fields
Given the errors some people are having subscribing and that the wakfu ticket system list a payment method and date of payment as required fields when the payment method dropdown box has no options I went hunting for another way to contect them and found it finally.

Given that because of the subscription system being partially unavailable and alot being unable to early subscribe because of this I hope they extend the pioneer cutoff date so we can get it when they fix the issue with the system.
