A month ago, Ankama decided to give our beloved players the opportunity to name our international server through a contest. As all of you know, we celebrated the WAKFU Server Name Contest. Each participant submitted an entry providing us a name, a story and a visual representation.

We selected the top 5 best entries (Fataline, Millenia, Shadow, Zetcorvit and Zondemar) and we also awarded them with the first subscriptions for free in the history of WAKFU! At that time…we opened a poll and all of you had the power to choose which name you liked the most.

The battle was very hard and the results closed but in the last minute...Millenia stopped the time and her opponents couldn´t vote against her. Taking this advantage, the guild of Millenia put a few more votes in the ballot boxproviding Millenia a clear victory. Don´t subestimate the power of a Xelor!

While the poll was still ongoing, voices arose and implored Remington to come to their rescue! Millenia won the poll with 51% of all votes, but the absence of Remington was too hard to bare for the players. Ankama realized that –maybe – our players would have preferred to maintain the current name server that referred our charismatic and powerful rogue Remington.

That´s why, one more time, we decided to be absolutely fair and celebrate a second round.

This time, Remington and Millenia faced in Brakmar. During a long weekend, they were fighting so hard but Remington used a rogue trick and – taking the advantage of an absentmindedness of Millenia – he placed lots of bombs around her. Millenia was surrounded by 3 Last Breath and 3 Overload bombs… A big explosion could be heard in the nation of Brakmar and Remington abandoned the place. “Yes! I am the most powerful rogue ever” he said. Returning to the area where the explosion took place, we could see a Xelor rised from the ashes…It was Millenia! Millenia was hurted but not defeated at all. Her last words were…“I will be back…I promise you”.

In compensation for the great effort of our friend Ryuujikyon we provided him a graphical adaptation of Millennia done and autographed by one of our Ankama´s artists, a WAKFU art book, a soft-toy, an Ankama Convention Poster Book and some key chains.

But this is not all, we randomly selected 5 voters during all the voting period and we awarded them with a WAKFU month subscription for free as well. Here it is the list with the winners: WhitePowder, Dubrou, Yumex, otep-vodoo and Evil-fox.
