Translations please.

Not all of us speak French and when trying to translate; monster names really screw with it and make it difficult to figure out what to do.

Don't get me started on the skills translations.

Reading my Sadi's skills give me a headache.

Then the new Runes and such, I'd love to know what 3/4 of the options do without risking my items.

We will have a more up to date version of the translation in the next hotfix.

Troyle will update us with when they are goign to fix that... Yeah, my spells are a headache to understand as well... Not to say about the new monsters buffs =P

I completed probably 40%-50% of the main quests and I understand nothing of it smile
From the things we do in these quests, I assume the background story is great. I really want to know this story smile

Thanks, looking forward to it! smile
Alright, I'm being told that they won't have time to implement the better translation with this maintenance, but hopefully in a next one.
Troyle|2013-04-16 15:15:08Alright, I'm being told that they won't have time to implement the better translation with this maintenance, but hopefully in a next one.
let's make 124235 maintenances!

What Troyle meant probably is the next Tuesday - 23.04 maintenance. But it is still sad, though. This maintenance could take a bit longer but we could get all already, cuz now ppl will be puzzled entire week with these French texts...

And then my mom said: "son. learn some other language than English... french maybe?"
Ofc as a bad son I replied: "nah english is enough!!"

Always listen to your mom... always...she got skillz u won't ever understand...
or you can ask peoplz of the interwebs to translate for you biggrin the interwebz is amazing. if anyone ever sees something in french and wants a quick translate, try whispering me on "Leur Duorts" id be happy to do a quick translate, ill also try to keep the puns if possible, puns are hard to keep sometimes ;(
Translate please? This is really stupid. I can't even touch my runes cause I can't understand a damn thing on them. They need to fix this now not in a week from now. Anyways thanks for the translation when its done.

Ridiculous. Geez.

I know french, basically this says(it's not perfect but should do):

adventurers made you aware of a big island made of ice.Treasures and adventure awaits! Go to your nation's ports to find a place worthy of the name to start out the journey that awaits you.

The in bold : Take a boat and go to the island (whatever it's called)

I know it's not perfect but should do (I suck at translating)

Edit: Oh and the title is something along the lines of "The call to the great cold" that's if I translate it word per word and doesn't really work well in english...

Des aventuriers vous ont conté la présence d'une grande ile gelée. Trésors et aventures vous y attendent! Rendez-vous dans le port de votre nation afin d´y trouver une embarcation digne de ce nom pour le départ de votre grande aventure. PRENDRE UN BATEAU ET SE RENDRE SUR L´ILE SBERG

Google translate:

Adventurers have told you the presence of a large island jelly. Treasures and adventures await you! Go to the port of your nation to find a boat worthy of the name for the start of your adventure. TAKE A BOAT AND GETTING ON THE ISLAND SBERG

There are some words which you can see are not "quite" correct, but it should give you the main idea of what the quest says.

Better translation? sleep It can't be the worse translation because there's no translation at all. This is a total absurd, translating at least the quests and rune recycler options would take 30 minutes...

Hoo boy, don't underestimate the time it takes to do a good translation. Unless you're a world-renowned speed prodigy at translating things, I'd say a week to translate everything that's currently not translated is pretty fair.

I mean, I still would have preferred it to be already done, like most people. I'm just saying, translations take some time.
Yes, but they could translate the basic stuff like spell effects, recycler options etc. That's not much to expect and it's very important for players to know what their spells do and what they are going to do with their items xD
I have good hopes that we will manage to implement the complete translations tomorrow.
Thanks Troyle!
