You are offering to keep blocking game's a few interesting aspects.

-CP law
If you don't remove -cp law, people can't gain cp. So there are a few who can vote and a few who can have clan member bonuses.
Which also means no eco-terrorists, no trying to re-establish the ecosystem. No killing, chasing the terrorists etc.
At beta a few players from brakmar came to bonta ruining our ecosystem. After that bonta-brakmar governments talked how to fix that problem. Bonta declared Kill on Sight for these guyz. We almost started a war (involving destroying brakmar ecosystem).
Without removing the -cp law you are blocking all this "events". Game is boring because all governments don't want to take risks.
