Assuming you mean the one behind the tree; you can't. The item which used to be in there was a gemlin seed which they removed from the game, and it looks like they haven't placed a replacement item in to make the chest useable.

After the last big update, the brown chest in gobball dungeons work normally.

Forgotten Gallery and Dirty Estate seems to be removed or locked however.

about Sin and Puddlement quest, i finished it.
guide how to find Great Water, maybe it'be useful for someone.

go to map and look in kara something that looks like a soccer field
