*Tears* Dungeon bug strikes again... guh

So from guesses around my guild, everyone seems to think this has to do with the new bot fix. Personally, I agree but who, knows what's causing this, all I know is that this is definitely affecting my UB runs. I mean, who in their right mind wants to run dpig when there's a constant fear of dcing... I purchased a new computer because of my constant fear that i'll d/c from lacking computer specs, now I have to be afraid about server hiccups and not being able to log my account for a couple hours..

... sigh, I'm getting a headache now T.T

can someone please say this is an April Fool's? haaaah....

Don't take this the wrong way but if you don't notice the millions of threads that have D/C in the title and you continue to press the new thread button anyway out of laziness not even because you don't wanna take 2 seconds to use your reading comprehension that you learned in like 3rd grade but because you're lazy.

Then you're either really really stupid or really really stupid and entitled which i'm not sure which one is worse
Hey, these kinds of things happen. No need to get aggressive. This is happening to everyone and it's kinda scary when u d/c and cant log back into your characters. I'm sure posting immediately about this bug is what most people would do.

First of all... marketing and devs are totally different teams Im sure, second of all, this offer kind of sucks for USA people, because we have a $10 option with 5000 ogrines, or a $40 option for 25000 Ogrines... and nothing in between. Unless you can combine purchases and it still counts to get the gifts, which for some reason I doubt..
Theres a $20 dollar option on the next page XD but I think thats part of a secret advertising plot! :O

I'm going to clarify rune classes(correct me if you believe I'm wrong). There are 20 Class runes(ignoring rarity) and the cap for levels will be 200... therefore

Class 1: 1-10
Class 20: 191-200

so a class rune is just multiplied by 10 and the 9 levels under it

Class 9 is 81-90
Class 10 is 91-100

Wakfu is going through a rough patch. Anyone starting needs to know there are large changes still being made to the core of the game. If you can handle the notion that Wakfu is in Beta and the player base is small, it's a great game. But be prepared for changes, good and bad.

I understand why players get frustrated and leave. When you pay for a product, you expect it to be finished. Ankama is asking players to pay for beta but not telling them upfront. . So after a player has been around for a few patches they feel lied to. Think of Wakfu as a kickstarter. That isn't the feeling you want your customers to have.

I will not recommend the game to friends until there is some sort of PvP, and the revamp list is finished. That means all classes and systems like crafting, smithmagic etc. Balance and content can come later. I've just come back to the game as I continually go back and forth about giving Ankama my money for an unfinshed product.

Bottom line, there is no other game like Wakfu. If you enjoy this type of art style, comedy, fun, deep customization and tactical play, this is the game for you. FFT is my favorite console game. Wakfu is the closest to it's online counterpart i can find.
I tooooootally agree with you. I'm already invested into this game to mind the fact that this game is still beta and the fact that Ankama is slow on it's promises and it quite possibly overestimates itself to the point that when they create a road map, everyone can expect at least an extra month added to their estimated finish date. (as seen with the Feca revamp and GvG ,,,etc etc)

I swear... if Square Enix made FFT in MMO format and it was decent, I would probably leave Wakfu... granted FF games tend to have a high price point... so eh...

I don't see what everyone's worried about... if professions get revamped, it'll probably be to level 200, in which case, ankama can simply add another achievement as well as a 2nd seal for that achievement once you reach lvl 200.

As Sabi just said the 200 ppl would be chosen (actually they are already) from all community together, not server wise.
Inb4 200 people from french server.

IKR! Why bother discriminating the other servers and just say "200 most loyal french players"

sigh... how upsetting

I enjoy seeing the confused and paranoid rumors about youknowwho even when he's not even playing the game anymore

Proofless, tinfoil hat tripe.
even when "youknowwho" ...IS playing the game again? (which kinda makes this un-ban request almost pointless)

I don't get why everyone is getting upset at the almanax difficulty... The hardest offering I gave was the 2 borbat wings and that was before the Almanax was an offering only quest. Ankama is offering plenty of tokens and unless you're aiming to play a year for the meridia there's plenty of tokens given from events and even a couple from achievements to newer players (like the token newcomers get for reaching level 10 I think)

Simply put if these quests are too hard for you... just skip them. Not like anyone was going to spend an Eternal Ice for a measly token (those go to initiate cloaks :3)

Maybe I'm getting a bit jaded, but as a fellow hybrid fire/air xelor I feel your build is a little underwhelming. I've SEEN what your guild can do so don't fault me for saying "meh" to that build.
(I AM taking into account that you're not in the correct nation and have stat accordingly for gear...even that weird mp)

However, to be fair, mecha and zwombbit sets kinda underwhelm me. I mean, I can just wear white crow and then replace with sage pieces or a sylargh bp and that'd be that. I even compared my current set, majority being lvl 105 gear, to your gear and I lost out to about 100hp and 30 earth res, although I wonder if you runed for extra earth resistance. My xelor is also lvl 133 so I can compare pretty closely.

All in all, I'd say that build is generic and self sustaining for a dps character. I guess with 60+ wisdom you can't complain seeing as climbing the levels is kinda a drag and farming a relic after 100+ dungeon runs will prob get you to cap in no time. Still i'll probably wait for you to get to wa wabbit before I start "Oooh"ing and "Ahh"ing... unless I get it before you! >:3 (too bad I'm a Noxian or i'd pvp you haha)

and I dropped my third today!

Where on earth did you get that costume

I'm pretty sure that's the Zobal insig Troyle mentioned the U.S. servers would get (along with shak shaka) with the upcoming magazine. That aside... omfg I've ran necro a good 100 times with 2 enus (both finishing around 400pp) and we've yet to drop ONE... guh!!!

You people and your multiple solomonks >.

Thank you everyone for the reports and information, this bug is in the process of being fixed.
Hi Sabi! Sorry, I just want to bring this up again, since I don't think it'll be included in the patches because it looks like I'm the only one who got this?
no, my achievement is still the same as yours. I even went to kill more ghouls to see if that activates the achievement but it just activates as my 5 ghoul kills for the wizard insig.

I would like to know when does the Al Howin end. So I can decide if I have enough time to finish the 666 ghoul achievement.

My calculation goes something like this:

666(required ghouls) / 10kills on average(per spawn interval) x 0.25hr(time per spawn) x 2(double the time since 50% of the spawns are gobballs) = Sums up to 33hrs of grind

With "some" dedication, I clocks in about 3hrs a day and don't really know if I have the time to finish. It's not even fun at this point. But I really like the costume, so ready to chug Espresso if I have even less time.

Is there anything the devs can do to change the 33hrs of monotonous waiting and grind?
Psssh It is NOT 33hrs of a grind XD I finished this quest on 3 characters (albiet I caught a few bugs) and I finished 2 of those before the increase in ghoul mob size. The lowest character I used was a lvl 72 xelor and that took me around 12hrs of nonstop grinding (I had like 2 straight hours of gobbals :I).

If you grind when less people are on you can farm about 20 ghouls at least. And if you're using lvl 100+ characters then this achievement should be simpler because my main characters were able to rack up 40kills or so kills (xelor and eni) per ghoul quest.
