Cbp: I'll n'existe pas de propieté: binaryDataFile This appears to me when i try launching the game and it happened after the first fix for the current patch, before it worked just fine, What do i need to do????

I was like are you freaking kidding me, LMAO.
The game isn't even finished yet, it has tons of similarities to dofus hence not being that unique, and on top of it all a hole lot of balancing to be done.

To those who wanna keep supporting the game good for you, with all honesty i really want wakfu to do well but the way it's going >_>.

I got a question, supposedly tomorrow the frenchs will be able to test the server that will operate on february 29th but i just wanna know if with this the exp will be fixed or not??

One of my concerns of the game as of right now is not only that is going p2p, for me 5-6 bucks a month is almost nothing but i just don't see the motivation of doing this.
As the game is right now i don't see any reason why should i subscribe and i must say i've been here for quite a while now and yet it still isn't a good solid product.
Don't get me wrong, the system is indeed unique in the mmo market, and it has many unique things going to it's favor, also i'm not expecting a game with 100% perfection but after all these years....

I mean look at it this way, if i were a new player trying out the game and then finding out that on february i'd have to pay to keep playing, well i wouldn't do it and i'm positive most of other players wouldn't also pay.

First of all i wanna say i don't think Wakfu will necessarily fail, is just it won't be as successful as Dofus, if they stay like they are at the moment.

I've been into Wakfu since the very first beta, so i know what the process has been like all these years.
Like someone mentioned originally the game when it first started the beta it was supposed to go like other games, few months into it and then launch but it didn't occur because they didn't have an exact idea of what they wanted (even know i'm not sure if they got it at 100%).

The argument about sandbox or themepark, well i agree with the people that say it has to has at least some of both to appeal, yet it should be more sandbox than themepark or the other way around.

For me these are the negatives that need to be changed:

1. Lack of purpose to continue playing.(A.K.A lack of direction)
I mean the game doesn't even has a proper story, kinda, when you make a new character you get thrown in this world and then you're supposed to keep playing, but what's the reason for this? well nothing, we don't have a reason other than make your character stronger, or simply play with friends, like let's say you get lvl 80, and you can beat most of the mobs in the game (of course most are under lvl 60 so), what keeps you going?, the story itself is almost non existant, etc.

2. Nerfing of solo play
I agree the exp before was way too high, but now is very little, specially for solo. That said, solo play is almost impossible, we know Ankama wants to promote cooperative gameplay which is by all means a good thing, yet they nerf the solo play so much is just as bad. Not everyone has either the time, or the need to group and get better exp, drops, etc. Obviously group play should have it's advantages but while this is true the solo play should also be doable.

3. Adding characteristics.
To be honest i don't know if this is good or bad, while yes we get a more specific character, i'm not sure if everyone will get this system right away, like me for instance was a bit confused at first when i first saw it, i was like why are they doing this again. Before most of the builds were ap based yes, and while now they added more characteristics like perception, the states one, and range, most of the people will choose either ap, or agi,int,etc.

4. Politics and ecosystem.
Enough said, you guys have said it all i think.

5. Quests
Again i don't think quests are truly necessary and they are kinda compensating this with umm the achievements system, but if your going to do this give us better rewards or more complex achivements.

6. Tutorial.
Again agreed with what people have said.

The chafers at brakmar are all capturable and the scaras are also capturable.
Googoos from all nations also capturable.
Also from sufokia the kokokos, and the pichons.
Roses also they from Amakna...

Sigh when will they get it right.
Sure the game is much harder which is actually a good thing, but it's like taken a toll for grouping, solo is possible yes but lol is almost impossible...
WHY?
Here:
Most mobs are grouped....
Obviously mobs do tremendous damage now compared to before so less surviability...
etc...

But you know, I'm just coasting the forums until final release, rather than really being that interested in playing (let alone subscribing) so I may no longer be their target audience.

In the few months that I've been reading these forums I don't think I've seen you make one post that wasn't teeming with negativity, and I don't understand... if you hate this game so much, why do you still come here?
Yet this is coming from someone who joined on december 19...
Sorry for me intruding but i do agree with GFG
I mean they keep doing the same thing over and over...
they did this once where they made the mobs so OP
now it's like a rerun

They did the solo play = u are fail thingy once
Same thing again

I get they are trying to promote group play yet they nerf solo play so much is almost unbearable and not everyone likes grouping or has the time to constantly group.

Right now there aren't any other capturable monster at the moment so don't waste your money!!!
They will add more in the next patch so don't worry .
