Question about 2 xelor's spells, Xelor punishiment and Temporal distortion

Question about 2 xelor's spells Hi, guys.
Lately, i was looking on the wiki for the xelor's spells, and i found 2 spells that has the following effect:


Xelor Punishment

Effect:
Damage - 2 (1 cell cross)
On tick - Hyperaction (-10 lvl)
On tock - +10% damage

Critical: Damage - 7 (1 cell cross)
On tick - Hyperaction (-20 lvl)
On tock - +15% damage

Temporal Distortion

Effect: Deals 1 damage
Tick - Hyperaction (-10 lvl)
Tock - Hyperaction (+10 lvl)

Critical: Deals 2 damage
Tick - Hyperaction (-20 lvl)
Tock - Hyperaction (+20 lvl)

So, i wanna know what the hell are this thing of "(-/+ lvl)".
Anyone can help me????

ok so put it this way, whenever you remove ap from the enemy with a spell the enemy recieves a buff called hyperaction witch gives the enemy resist of ap being taken from again.
Every AP you take gives the enemy +20% ap removal resistance the mius (-) means it will lower this buff. For example the enemy has +60% of Hyperaction then you use Xelors Punishment on tick turn it will remove hyperaction by 20 therefore the -20 it states on hyperaction, would leave the enemy with +40 Hyperactio.

Everytime you steal AP, you are causing "hyperaction" status for enemy. These spells can increase/decrease this status.

Whether hyperaction or hypoaction is triggered can depend on which state you're in (tick turn or tock turn). Some spells are sensitive to this and you can actually end up protecting your enemy if the spell is used on the wrong turn.
That's what the +/- means.
