Cross - class combos
posté April 05, 2012, 08:23:57 | #1
Cross - class combos I want to know if anyone has any combos that they have used with another character class in either PVP or PVE.

I will give an example

Setup
1 x feca - blade amor and sacrifice (earth tank)
1 x sacrier - hammer armor (earth tank)

VS

1 x Iop almost twice our level

Silly Iop uses Iop's wrath and promptly expires.

Combat resolves as follows, sacrifice causes feca and sac to switch, triggering blades. Feca now has to take another hit which again causes the switch and iop gets hit with blades yet again, sac gets hit twice which causes a double hit from the hammer, Iop is killed.

Hammer armor is also very nice when your back is covered and something tries to ram you.

Sacrier is nice combo with the feca if the feca is pushed outside his glyph. The sacrier can go to the glyph and switch with him. And every smart iop in the game uses wraiths 1 space away from the feca unless they want a hammer thrown right in their face for half the damage their dealing. Fecammer will always be better than fecablades because the amount of times a iop go in and out close combat with you isnt alot. And wasting the sacs AP to trigger it is also useless. Hammer shield both and watch the iop takes suicide as the tries to build up power with his authority skill. Look at how he hits you for 2-20 damage as your hammer wrecks havoc on his face.

Earth-Fecas should be played solo or with a Cra.
Just put down +AP/MP glyphs, so the cra hurts more.

Fire-Fecas are best combined with another fire-based melee char, because a high fireresist means you dont get hurt by glyphs that much.
Melee because Fecastopheles-Armor is epic.

My friend said that using 3 AP glyph and let someone walk in, use all the AP, walk out, walk in again.
Is this combo available?

Pretty sure, that's gonna work.
Sounds nice, but also time-consuming...and you need a 3-AP-spell

At level 50 we can put 3 glyph 2 AP each, so that's 6 AP per round.
The problem is your move will be very limited.

Btw its better to do 1 fecammer glyph for 2 more MP and 3 orb glyphs for 6 AP. Lets say both are at lvl 50. You use about 2MP for in and out. Now get a +MP boot and you can do this 3 times So 6*3. A total of 18 extra AP. Now thats what you call PvP support ^^

I just hit lvl 50 on my fecammer skill. Wow.

Turn 1 - Glyph, armour, glyph, hammer targeting glyph, hammer targeting armor, hammer targeting glyph, glyph, hammer targeting glyph, glyph, hammer targeting glyph, attack a target
Turn 2 - 6x attacks with hammer.

I really wish the water armours were working as described in the tooltips..... It would make for one nasty dps feca build.

Ap glyphs are a valuable asset to any pvp or pve combo team..

However one of my favourites would be earth feca and earth enu.

Feca lays down as many ap glyphs on/around enu, enu then transforms to drhellzurker and has the ap stored as mp permenantly..

This needs further testing however has been succsesful with drhellzurker and xelors devotion and ap steal..

Most earth ends (however rare) will go for at least 12mp build but with 3-4 +2ap glyphs taking effect; well an 18-20 mp man drheller s going to unleash a series of hellish combos... Which can be achieved soon after lvl 50 for both characters.

.

Yeah, this works. Somewhere between level 50 and 60 I did this with a friend. Though I thought, that the glyphs came into effect once they were casted and then again, when my turn started. Because I ended up with more than 20 BP per turn after the transformation.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I suppose a dual Feca team could be quite good aswell, being able to activate each others armours and glyphs,

I suppose a rather good combo could use a feca and sacrier;

If fire sacrier maybe maybe a double punishment to then activate clinging to life for a third... That's sure to bring down most enemies PvE

If air scarier, (either vision glyphs for sacriers whole map manipulation, or fire glyphs for damage) coupled with explosive deglyphment.. More focusing on the fecas deglyphment for damage.. Very situational 2v2 but unexpected..

Any ideas if these would work or be as effective as I think?
