Deflection
Does decreasing of long distance attacks mean that every spell that has a range of 2 or greater will be decreased by 'deflection'? will magic spells be decreased? are there magics here?

Yes, this means every attack bigger than 1 tile (opposite to iop's guard stance)
But i dont know if that is output dmg % or calculator dmg % |
