No more 100% burning for fire cra?
So I read on the forums that when you crit using blazing arrow or burning arrow, the burning effect has 100% to apply. I looked at the effects of the spell in game and it doesnt show 100% with a critical hit, only double the normal %, so for blazing arrow its 15% to 30% and with burning arrow its 20% to 40%. Im guessing it was nerfed?
