What is authority? Hey guys,

I've been reading all the topics on Iops builds and a lot of high levelers talk about authority, but what is authority and how do you trigger it?

It's a passive spell, you can view it in the spell window thing.
To trigger it, each time you attack, whatever percentage your authority spell is at, there is a chance that the enemy will turn their back to you, therefore allowing you to hit them in the back and do more damage. To gain better percentages of chance to trigger this action you have to level the spell.
