Dual Summoning?, How do you summon 2 things at a time?

Dual Summoning?
I got a character lvl 20 i have got lvl 5 animal thingy skill which gives me 1 extra leadership, all it does is that it allows me to summon a gobgob and a pet. I saw other people summoning 2 things at a time and i don't know why i can't do it. HELP!
