Ecaflip Tarot
I have ecaflip and I need help whit Ecaflip Tarot when you lvl it to lvl 1 its just Dwans a tarot card at random so if you lvl it up to lvl 2,3,4,5......... dose it improves the effects or it just stays the same??

According to the in-game description, as you raise the spell level, the odds of getting a good card get higher, and the effects of good cards get better. (The effects of bad cards stay the same)
